I’m not surprised to find this out about any tranny or man whose life revolves around fetish content and sex. My surprise is that these tweets were public for so long and it doesn’t seem that anyone noticed.

I would love to talk about this. I think it needs to be destigmatized, and I've spent a lot of time researching the topic (sadly never covered)

There is literally no reason to bring up having empathy for pedophiles or "non-consenting MAPs" unless your goal is to normalize and destigmatize pedophilia. Same goes for ageplay. Phil is 100% a pedophile and pro-pedophilia activist.

POCD is not a recognized psychiatric disorder in the US in the diagnostic manual for mental disorders. There is a recognized disorder in the DSM-5 known as Pedophilic Disorder:
