It wouldn't work for big companies like Disney. Bigger corporations either partner with an existing law firm, hire their own internal lawyers, or, in most cases, do both. Small stuff like this is factored either into their internal lawyers' fees, or part of their base fee to a partnership legal firm. An entire town of neets could do these lawsuits against them, and it wouldn't modify their budget at all. It really only works against small businesses with limited budgets.
