This corresponds to May 15 9PM Eastern time, or 1AM May 16 GMT. He recommends you get there early if you want to say hi to Johnny and Hankie-poo. Do you think they'll be wearing matching costumes? What will Johnny's BAC be?

My guess is that the new lawyer will not delay anymore. He is paid by Hank's family. They probably asked him to sent Smally in jail before he drags the family name down further.

Ya know, that would actually be funny if this tax attorney guy was actually a friend of the family and it was a setup to hopefully fail in court quick enough to get him locked up finally. And even Hank who has complained about his drinking at times recently, pointed out how he's broke, etc. can just wipe his hands of the mess and move on while being able to shrug and say he tried to help him. Assuming of course he doesn't get his own charges as an accessory for some of this bullshit once his buttbuddy is finally locked up.

Well, Hank's family is rich so that seems likely. Let's face it, Smally is not the sugar daddy in this relationship. The lawyer is being paid by Hank's family and he listens to them first and foremost. It is in their best interest to remove Smally from their lives.

Hank will probably not get charges. He is from a well-off family. They will push to not have crimes in their history. He might be sent to the army though as punishment for his embarrassing them. I doubt he will have to deal with something worse though.

Sure, Hank has also generally been careful enough to not be the one filming shit, not actually doing shit, etc. Even with the stomping on flags thing, Hank as I recall was just waving around the Chinese flag with Johnny being the one stomping on shit and almost all of the offensive crap has come out of Johnny's mouth or the speaker he's holding/carrying.

"Johnny Somali has already pleaded guilty on one count of Obstruction of Business, which carries 5 years alone and was charged for the same count a second time. Thus, adding up to his prior charges, he currently faces a possible 31 years of sentence in prison if found guilty. "

I think with these numbers Johnny is gonna actually try and flee the country. NK is out since I looked it up and tours of the Joint Security Area are still suspended since that US solider, who was a pedophile too, ran to NK. But he could try hiding in a car on a ferry to China or something similar, like that CEO of Nissan that snuck out of Japan in a crate to avoid prosecution.
