Not quite. Nick got a Rumble contract and changed his format. He told anyone who didn't like that new format to leave. He said on more than one occasion that he didn't need or really even want donated money in the form of superchats. He based most of this on a theory that corporations just give people money with no expectations or requirements. That Rumble was going to pay him big money forever even if he generated no income or viewership.

He also said that the show was never about the law. That trials and lawtube were stupid. That talking about trump and guns was just stupid.

So if "untraining" the audience is telling your audience to go fuck themselves and not watch, If "untraining" the audience is explicitly telling the audience you don't need or want their money....then Nick is correct.

But perhaps a more accurate phrase than "untraining" would be "burning my show to the ground".
