I think it’s worth pointing out that there’s two parts to this event: the first happened before the recording and it’s when Raxx swung first. This would be the gray area as it’s ambiguous to where the blame would fall- BigT trespassed multiple times but Raxx attacked first by swatting the phone out of T’s hand and threw a punch.

The second event is much more black and white, it’s what we see being recorded. BigTard is told to leave and Cyraxx starts his tough guy talk calling him and his girl a bitch, Tard throws a schoolgirl fit whining he tried to be Raxx’s friend before starting to leave. He then turns around, reminds Chance he got one punch because Raxx hit him first, then goes back up the stairs and asks him if he’d like to go again which is when Chance gets the three combo to sleep town. Self defense is not applicable if you willing put yourself into a position that requires you to defend yourself, the situation was escalating down with just verbal shit talk and Tard went back in an attempt to repair his hurt ego. I don’t see how this part of the altercation can ever be made into a self defense claim

It's not a gray area, there's no "attack" you repelling someone invading your property. Thing is Cyraxx had the knife and cheese at his hands and fucked it up boasting about it online. That was the only time ever where making sob stories would actually be a smart idea

Yeah that too, chance may have thrown the first punch but we also don't know how it started maybe LowT was verbally aggressive when he saw that Alisson got disrespected. Ed and Sally are aware that they are living with a rabbies-riddled goblin, so I don't think they would let chance go full retard so quickly, I heard Ed was the one to speak to Alisson but idk.

Chance threw the first punch and lowT could have a better leg to stand on if the cops got involved but when he turned back and started the whiney bitch tantrum and told Patrick he was gonna punch him and did that, he fucked up. It's easy to overlook that punching Cyraxx involves touching Cyraxx. Everyone talks big until it's time to smash your hand into the pile of pus, scabs and deformation that is Cyraxx's head.
I wouldn't punch him, even if everything was nice and legal, even if I was getting paid to do it, unless I had at the very least gloves up to my elbows and a face shield to avoid any flying goblin fragments or fluid.

There's an alternate reality where LowT decked Raxx in the face, and got cut by one of his teeth and ended up with a severe infection.

That's not the slam dunk you seem to think it is. The fact he was walking away and Chance came back to further goad him into fighting reflects better on LowT than anything else.
When the court system looks at something like this they do consider priors and existing records, true, but they won't completely ignore the fact that Chance was all but begging this morherfucker to pop him in his little retard face. If LowT got even a remotely competent lawyer he could get off with little to no consequences given Cyrax all but wrapped his own face around the dude's fist. Granted the property damage isn't as easy to skirt by, but the goblin is not at all the victim in this situation and the law does consider the situation at large before passing judgement.
