could somebody who wins like Austin does just walk away with it instead of losing it all, man?
Bossman is what these online crypto casinos would consider a "mark." They are well aware of who they are giving free juice to, knowing that historically it will eventually all make its way back to them and then some. They get their name out using the most degenerate gambler, people think "I can do better," and soon enough more people deposit to win big, etc etc you get the idea.

Short answer, yes*. Long answer, you don't get the free juice service as bossman does without showing the reach you have and the enhanced dedication to the game.

A major factor of these shady online crypto casinos, that does not relate to irl casinos, is the inclusion of KYC (know your customer). Bossman is privileged in gambling on these sites that explicitly state "hey we aren't legal in the US so if you gamble here your balance is forfeit." The sites want to show the public that they are legit through Bossman, so he withdraws 200k+ without issue. There is a good chance that if you do the exact same thing and try to withdraw a fraction of that, they will flag you and say, "sorry, you need to provide ID that shows you are who you say you are." Either they give you the chance which is generous, or they will deny you full stop.

So I'm not a gambler, I don't know how this shit works, but could somebody who wins like Austin does just walk away with it instead of losing it all, man? I imagine gambling sponsors would rather it be lost on more gambling but I'm just confused on how this whole racket is supposed to work.
The addiction isn't to the money, it's to that moment of uncertainty between clicks. The bet could be 50 cents or it can be, as you've seen, 5k-10k. He is quite literally compelled to keep clicking. You can hear him arguing with himself to stop, begging himself to stop as he pisses it all away. There are ways to control your gambling by setting limits on things and then being completely locked out of for a time, and he's emailed casinos to ban him, but casinos want him right where he is, so when he asks for an unban they are happy to oblige. Even when he runs it up, he pays his debts to the people he really needs to pay, like his dealer. He thinks giving his mom money is a kind gesture, which I suppose it is, but then he asks for it back and apparently she gives it to him

Can he walk away? Technically yes.
Will he? We're here for a reason.

I think he’s just retarded. For the longest time, I thought there might be some science behind why he does the things he does, but it’s honestly just because he has doped himself retarded at this point.

The highs from goading people into an argument by calling them faggots in CS2 only last for a couple of minutes, like his crack highs. Drugs make the otherwise long and uneventful days go by more quickly. Gambling is the most exciting thing that goes on in his life.

He likes to talk shit about us wage slaves that have a structured 9-5 every day, but for all of this freedom he allegedly has, he chooses to put holes in his brain and isolate himself into a bedroom at his parent’s house. If this were truly about having money or wealth, he could have pulled out his earnings over the last week, got himself a nice car, and just coast for a while. Doing drugs and gambling is pretty much his life’s entire purpose.

There are multiple different setups for the casino sponsorships, however they are generally designed to be mutually beneficial to the casino and the streamer - the casino gets the streamers audience to deposit, and naturally lose over time, and the streamer gets paid to show off the casino - and usually gets a bonus the more viewers they get to sign up and deposit. Usually, most streamers don't have a problem keeping some of the money - you can see a lot of the top gambling streamers on kick wearing jewelry and gambling in nice studios - clearly they make something from it too. Usually the deal is the casino gives the player some amount of house money to gamble for x amount of time, and whatever is leftover after that amount of time is theirs to keep - this is why you will see a lot of streamers with large balances doing 20 cent slot spins if you scroll through the gambling section. Some people claim some of the top top gambling streamers (like roshtein) are "fake", meaning they gamble purely house money they cannot withdraw and get paid on the side. There are also streamers like Bossman who have "raw" deals, which basically just means there's no time limit or conditions on when they can withdraw.

I don't know the details of his earlier deals but his stake deal was 14k "raw" to his stake account every week at its peak. He could withdraw this money at any time, but obviously if he just sat on his ass and never advertised stake they would eventually cut him off. Since he was expected to gamble this its not clear what exactly he was intended to keep, but a reasonable person could advertise with just $1000 a day and have $7000 to keep at the end of the week, or $365,000 a year minimum, not counting potential gambling winnings.
The best deal he ever had (in my opinion) was with BC game, where they gave him a $1000 reload every day, and they would top it up if he lost it all up to 2 more times per day assuming he didn't withdraw. His sponsor literally told him he was supposed to withdraw the last $1000 and not even gamble it, so this was also a $365,000 a year minimum deal.

A Log In D Tractor 2 is correct.

I work with a handful of gamba streamers and the ones that have shared that info to me vary. Most aren’t searching for a REAL AND RAW DEWD deal. A lot of them will take a daily fill amount, and have to gamble a certain amount of time, after that time they can keep some or all of the profits (usually with a max cash out limit for the day or week, I’ve seen them from 40-100k per week). The contracts vary so much, there’s really not a set standard. It can be good money during your good week, but I’ve also seen the folks I know lose for a week or two straight, and it being stressful if they don’t have some emergency fund, cause you’re not really making money.

Another way is just completely unlimited refills that you can’t cash out, and you just get paid a set amount, plus a percentage of what your referrals have wagered or lost.

"My ma' went downhill after the first time Bossman got arrested... You know, Turkey Tom predicted all of this."
"Who did wha'?"
"All his problems. The drug tests, the probation."
"Nullstradamus. Turkey Tom is that fuckin' finook on YouTube."
"Oh, right. Notredamus."
"Nullstradamus, showed him on MATI way before Turkey Tom's video. Two different things completely."
...
"It's interesting, though, they be so similar. Then I always thought 'bout Keffals. Okay, 'his prostate', you also got 'her prostate' and 'xeir prostate'."
"That's a fuckin' troon."
"Obviously, I know. I'm just saying. What? You never pondered that? The prostate thing with Keffals?"
"No!"

The thing is that to an online casino Bossman is a dream come true.

They give him a bunch of house money (ie Monopoly money that's not real money until he cashes out) to use as he wishes.
But they KNOW Bossman and that he is a "degenerate gambler" as Tony Soprano would say and he says he's going to cash out but can't until her gets MORE money.
Then because the odds are always with the house (and Bossman is right they can quickly in the background flip the switch on the odds of winning) and he loses it all or most of it and he cashes out peanuts.

Meanwhile they'll get suckers watching him to join their online casino and make more real money. Unless Bossman suddenly changed his strategy where he periodically cashes out regularly, they'll juice him all day because it's all Monopoly money he's playing with.

At 3:18 you can see his balance go down by 7 dollars while he's doing nothing. RIGGED AS FUCK MAN.

Real niggas be indeed getting money from the fucking stars.
If the display is in dollars while the actual currency is not dollars you're going to see fluctuations in real time as the value of the crypto goes up or down. That's also why a lot of the pages clarify it's an estimated value and when you go to redeem they clarify how much of the crypto you're sending and that the value of it might not be the same when you get it, even past the fees.

Source on them being able to quickly flip the switch? A lot of games being provided quite literally can't be rigged effectively for a variety of reasons.

Most slots are through outside providers, with specific limits and settings that can't be changed on the fly. Do you think Hacksaw is providing these riggable scam programs to hundreds if not thousands of sites and nobody has ever found out?

Many games are not just live but involve other people. How do you think they're training all these people to rig blackjack against the players when it can't just be a rigged shoe because they have no clue how many people will play or what actions they will take?

Many originals across most sites will have "provably fair" guarantees including the ability to verify seeds and outcomes yourself. There's probably scam websites, but just about every industry has scams.

Gambling is terrible for you and you will almost always lose in the end, but it's not because they have magic switches to flip. It's because the odds are not in your favor and generally they are upfront about those odds consistently, with some other factors like KYC rugpulls. They do not need to find ways to
