Even if he makes it out of South Korea, where the hell is he supposed to go? South Korea has extradition treaties with pretty much all notable countries. How is he going to live without getting extradited back to South Korea? His only option would be to hide out in third world countries illegally and wait for the charges to expire, and we all know he wouldn't be able to lie low for that long.

Could he even be extradited for some of his crimes? Like I'm not sure the deep fake one is a crime in the US unless it's of a minor.

Regardless, he'd come back and then just tell the court that South Korea is racist along with whatever plights or just go to Russia I guess.

It does not matter. A lot of the crimes are crimes in the US too. Deep fake is going to be treated as revenge porn. Also, it does not even matter if it counts a crime in the US. He did it on SK and that is all that matters.

First things first, everyone knows of him. Even the activists know to shut up about him as he makes them look too bad. Secondly, SK is an allied first world country. The racism accusation will not go over as well as it would against Russia. Thirdly, Russia is not hospitable for Russians, much less him. Snowden had inside info to trade and earn himself the 5 star treatment. Smally has little more than his "pleasant" disposition.

This guy isn't getting out of South Korea. People comparing to the Nissan CEO isn't even remotely close. Carlos Ghosn is a Lebanese citizen and managed as someone who had over $100M USD in net worth managed to convince people to smuggle him out of Japan.

That net worth part is very relevant because in order for the two people who smuggled him out (a former green beret and his son) to be willing to do so, Ghosn had to pay them $1.3 million USD. Also, as an example of a cautionary tale, they were both caught and served prison sentences (one and two years respectively) for their roles.

Then you have what countries you'd want to go to in order to avoid extradite. The US would extradite to SK on the charges he's on. I sincerely doubt that he wants to live in Ethiopia.

Then you have the fact that Nissan CEO Ghosn shut the fuck up and surreptitiously arranged his escape from the country. Johnny is so stupid he's talking on stream about his plans to rent an inflatable boat and get to international waters. Now beyond that plan being really stupid and infeasible you've now openly talked about it and its on the police's radar. If the police think you're a flight risk to leave the country AND you talk about how you plan to flee the country to avoid the justice system, congratulations, they will be watching you like a hawk. News sources say that Johnny floated the idea on his stream on the 24th and by the 26th police were questioning him in the elevator where he's staying (although they chose not to detain/arrest him at that time).

He's fucked. Barring some divine intervention where he somehow got acquitted (I would put my odds of winning the Powerball and Mega millions jackpots back-to-back higher) he's going to serve time in a South Korean prison until he's deported back to the United States.

Ok then, still, his crimes count as crimes even in the US. Minorities might avoid prosecution in the US due to the woke but it will not matter considering who is president. Also, he will not escape.

I actually have plans for something in 2045. I want to travel as much as I need to in order to see a total solar eclipse again. If Johnny gets anywhere near the maximum sentence, he will be in prison for that eclipse. The Supreme Leader of North Korea has arranged beautiful total solar eclipses for his comrades in 2035, 2041, and 2063. South Korean prison laborers might get to see a partial solar eclipse on those occasions, if they poke a hole in a cabbage leaf.

In 2056, when Johnny's maximum sentence will be complete, there's a solid chance I'll still be alive. I wonder if Johnny will start livestreaming again? Will Hanky-poo wait for him?

So trial is in a few hours, but this one is just more charges so nothing terribly exciting is gonna happen eh? I doubt he is showing up clad in clan gear
