I don't think it's bad move for Hardin to agree and the Judge to extend things. It removes the avenue for Russ to scream "mean ol' Kiwi Farms lawyer is bein' mean to me, pro se retard yah honnah!!" And more importantly it hits Russ where it hurts most: he has to now spend money and effort on getting this done, instead of focusing those things on whores. THAT will definitely piss him off more.
Also, the jury is out (heh) on whether he's too retarded to actually follow the instructions Utah gave him to get the copies of his own shit.

Haven't posted much in this thread recently but have been reading the numerous filings and all the wonderful and amusing comments by everyone. I also attended both of the recent Zoom hearings (hope Judge forces Russell to use video in future, like with discovery exams/depositions, it is useful to observe the individual speaking as their mannerisms and look can sometimes show deceit/dishonesty). So, I am keeping well informed about this lawsuit that has been going on for so long now. Hard to believe I first found it back in 2020 and brought it to Null's/Farms attention in Greer's main thread. We have come a long way since the "5.3 Million" days. Crazy, but expected as Russell is the cow that keeps on spurting that wonderful and delicious milk.
Regarding Notaries, many law firms I have had experience with when working in the biz here in Canada actually offered Notary services for FREE. It was a goodwill gesture since its usually a 5 minute job and the hope is if the individual you kindly help should befall some form of issue or accident and needed to retain a lawyer, they would retain that nice firm that notarized my doc for free.
Russell is an idiot (wow, that must be a shock to everyone here!). His constant need to have prostitutes and brothels first and foremost in his mind, and his obvious narcissism and "I am right everyone else is wrong" mentality (throw in laziness and inability to comprehend seriousness of court ordered deadlines), his legal filings are works of art to be cherished for the utter insanity and levels of crazy he puts out there. If it wasn't for the plights and trauma lumps he causes for Null in the financial vein, I'd want this lawsuit to never end if it meant Russ continuing to provide all this great content for us to consoom.
Greer is also a devious and conniving little rat. I rate Mr. Hardin on a much higher level for damage inflicted on Russell than the great Mr. Skordas managed to inflict. And the wonderfulness of it all is that he is just using Russell's own actions and communications to basically slowly bury him. I really hope when the final burn and annihilation comes, it will be as glorious as we are all envisioning it to be. The table is being set so well, and only a matter of time for the payoff to happen. The Court has to really consider and not ignore all this recent information Mr. Hardin has filed that portrays Greer in a very bad and dishonest light. It might be and has been very slow getting there, but I think the Court is reaching the point that Russ is going to get his lips smacked off. Hard. And the great thing is its all due to Russell's own actions and comments! Those emails are great. Telling a City Clerk not to release releasable documentation. Also, notice how that email response about getting the documents he has been ordered to obtain he does not show his original email. Judges and other lawyers notice that kind of shit. Russ has done it frequently as we know. He of course is oblivious to the impression it leaves. But that is a big reason why he does and says all that stupid shit. The boy's brain is definitely all kinds of messed up, be great to have him undergo a deep psycho analysis and read what someone schooled in understanding warped minds and retarded people would have to say.
In any event, huge appreciation to @Useful_Mistake for constantly bringing the gold to us. And the posts that many have made over the last few months are hilarious and great to read. As I said, if not for the hardship on Null directly, this thread and Russ' main one are some of the greatest things on the Internet to read.
With all his recent stupidity with this lawsuit, his other actions, desperately trying to be a brothel owner/head pimp (that will NEVER happen) Russ needs to be on the ballot when time comes for LOTY 2025 in my opinion.

I've got in the habit of checking Courtlistener before I check this thread, and when I realized what Hardin was describing in 293, I lol'd like I've never lol'd before.
He gets hit with sanctions so hard that his income goes to Lolcow LLC for the rest of his natural life, and so he can never afford another whore.
Shit all over the board then strut around like he's won.
Even worse, use the force of law to seize the land, then hand it to Russell. He wants teacher to steal from the other kids and give to him.

So the prevailing thought I am getting is if Russ "typed up a motion and emailed it" that is why as I said in my prior post he didn't include his email to them.
It probably said: "Please find enclosed a Motion to Destroy or Not Allow ANYONE Access (including me) to these records".
I'd be quite happy if Mr. Hardin not only asked that Russell be ordered to produce his email/notice, but also as someone keenly pointed out, advise the Court/Russell that the drive to SLC to get the docs would be less than he did to try and get a zoning license changed to have more whorehouses. Surely if he could manage that drive and it was important enough to go there, certainly this major lawsuit he filed has to be just as, if not more, important to him. Right??????

I think it's strategic by Hardin. Even if it only costs Greer $50, that's $50 less he has to pay for the filing fee that he needs to pay.
Also, has anyone considered submitting public records requests to other towns that also have brothels in them? I want to know if he reuses the same slide deck for every town.

I've done my best to limit posting in this thread because a) I am no lawfag and b) I do not respect the judicial process. This case exemplifies why I don't. I understand the pleasantries and playing the game, giving someone enough rope to hang himself, etc. At some point someone needs to put their foot down.
That's what the previous hearing was supposed to be. We see how well it worked. Some people cannot be spared the rod. They don't respect anyone who does them a kindness.
The Honorable Judge Bennett spent the past several years laying down and getting real comfortable so Greer could lean over and dribble a great big glob of spit out of his paralyzed lips onto his face. I do not understand how a man could accept a disrespect like that.
I'm not saying fly off the handle and give Shitlips grounds to appeal or anything, but he would become a project of mine. Greer would completely crumble under the weight being forced to litigate his absolutely meritless bullshit abortion of a case. I'd make sure of it.

Contempt of court fines aren't compensatory to the other party. They're paid to the court as punishment. This is the sort of conduct that deserves punishment.
It's rare for a notary to do that as a sole source of income. There are a few examples in big cities right next to courthouses where high volume makes it possible to do that as a business, but even those usually offer other services.
