That's not how it read to me. It looks a lot more like they wanted to have it on the agenda just so they can have a procedure and precedent for turning shit like this down, not to actually consider his proposals. Especially relevant if in the future someone competent and/or with resources shows up.

Normal people will be thrilled that the designated whore space is not being used and would prefer to keep it that way, and probably ideally get rid of it altogether.

Greer specifically requested an appointment with the county of Winnemucca at the precise time and day as the motions hearing a month in advance of the hearing and two months after it was scheduled, which then formed the basis of his emergency rescheduling request the Friday before.

That's an outright fraud on the court. I could easily see this justifying more than sanctions, up to something like an order to show cause for contempt of court.

It may even rise to the level of criminal contempt. While I don't expect Russ to enjoy prison, I hope he doesn't get away with this outrageous bullshit.

Can Hardin voir dire whoever grizzle talked to, to prove that he specifically set this up on the same day and time?

Not only did Greer just confirm the documents exist in some capacity (which everyone knew), he also confirmed that he was given a method for obtaining those documents and detailed instructions on how to do so.

And then he has the GALL to ask Null to pay for those document fees because he’s too lazy/poor/cheap to get them himself. This is not how discovery works.

I know this is Russ, but he just keeps showing more and more evidence that he has no theory of mind or power of abstraction. He seriously thinks that:

- He can get a brothel running in less that 60 days (if you just use hotel rooms)
- Businesses are easy to run (which is fair when all you do is pay for an LLC and send e-mails)
- Brothels are money printers (because everyone is as desperate as he is)
- He can make a profitable business from a 2-year boom of clientele
- He can insult and belittle anyone who slights him (because they can NEVER hurt him later...)
