Can I just take us back to Greer's brothel proposal for a minute. I know that he CC'd that real estate guy, but if any legitimate businessman had a genuine interest in some kind of investment partnership with Greer, there's no way in hell he'd allow their proposal to hinge on a Powerpoint presentation that looks like it was produced by a fucking mongoloid.

The chances of success are just way too slim.

Do we know if Greer was giving his presentation to the full council? Some kind of subcommittee? Or just a city officer of some sort? And if it's a or b, shouldn't there be a record of those proceedings somewhere?

It's not outright illegal, but it has gotten cases thrown out before, as witnesses can act different on camera.

Since judges have discretion to set rules for their courtroom, judges use their discretion to not have to deal with things they are not required to deal with, such as letting a news crew setup and run cameras in the courtroom.

I knew Russ was going to fuck this all up, but I wasn't expecting it to be quite this bad. Everything since the Zoom call has been quite cathartic. Allow me to explain: for years Shit-Lips has been skating by through life putting in the bare minimum of effort, yet expecting to get the most reward or recognition. Greer has only responded quickly to .... I think maybe 2? 3? motions out of the 290+ entries on the docket. You have to wait until near or after the deadline (I am honestly surprised he filed his bullshit about trying to get the records this early, tbh - I almost suspect he threw it out because he saw the other shot into the docket).

Greer specifically requested an appointment with the county of Winnemucca at the precise time and day as the motions hearing a month in advance of the hearing and two months after it was scheduled, which then formed the basis of his emergency rescheduling request the Friday before.
