Taking into account everything he'd teased, the most likely seems to be April has expressed willingness to consent
Right, this feels a lot like April. Aaron would be a stretch by my reading of the statute:

Note the word "redacted". This means Nick, Kayla and the kids could be "redacted". (I can't find anywhere in the statutes that defines "redacted" for MN bodycam, but AI says it would simply be blurring of the faces. But that's AI.)

And, overall, this is what Harden and Josh are dealing with. It states that Nick would be given notice of any releases. Can he fight it with, say, an injunction? That's my question. Josh hinted at that issue today.

His job is tweeting? How much does he get paid?

And yeah, sure, he's on social media and I'm sure he counts it as promo work. And I bet he also billed his 28 clients for organizing his files pulling Spaghettios-stained critical client filings out from under the piles of dirty laundry on the dining room table.

Nick is actively keeping up with events to throw his spanner in the works.
My mistake. He's talked some pretty mad shit about both of them, though. If I were any cop in this I would be positively eager to have my name cleared.
The dream is some kind of Balldo-alog Avengers moment where April and all the cops submit approval of release at the same time.

April helping release the bodycam footage would be incredible. The woman Nick likes more than his own wife betraying him. Imagine the spiraling.

Right, this feels a lot like April. Aaron would be a stretch by my reading of the statute:

This should have been made available to April, unredacted, as part of discovery. If she is indeed the one releasing it, I don't think she wouldn't need any of these permissions. These are restrictions on the state releasing it to others. April should just be able to dump everything they gave her.

Nick would also be able to dump his copy, unredacted and without any permission.

It was Jim Felt who retired, Quin Pomplun is still active.
This isn't your doing, but this has been a pet peeve of mine throughout this whole thing...

I know people LOVE bringing up Jim Felt, but he is the (now retired) police chief of Willmar, and technically had nothing to do with Nick's case or arrest, AFAIK.

Nick was raided by the Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office, with one MN State Trooper brought along in support (Joshua Monson).

Spicer does not have a police department. Law enforcement resources for where Nick lives are drawn from the state and county. This is fairly common among smaller municipalities in the U.S..

That's actually a remarkably concessionary reply from Nick, if I'm being honest. Null never said he had it yet. Some people just thought he might.

He's not saying "he'll never get it." Maybe he now accepts it's possible Josh might actually get it.

Jim fell bit from police squad your welcome ;)

I fear April may have sold her laptop it was on for crack, but maybe her attorney kept a copy?

I agree.

This likely alludes to a downside that hasn't been discussed much here or at least hasn't been widely accepted by the most optimistic here: even if April gives her full consent and even if she can't or won't enforceably rescind that consent, the county would be likely to redact any portion of the footage in which she does not personally appear, if not also redact portions in which she personally appears but the privacy interests of non-consenting parties are implicated, such as anything depicting the interior of the home.
April was charged as a result of the search. The case was dismissed a month ago, but not before she was provided with the body cam footage as part of the discovery material provided to her and her attorney. She was also provided with photographs of the "crime scene" (presumably, the house) and of the evidence.

No evidence of a protective order which would prevent public release of discovery material exists.

There doesn't appear to be any legal reason which would restrict her from taking the footage out of her discovery material and making that available to the public. I don't see why, if April wanted to facilitate the release of the footage, she would need to sign a release and go through that process. She already has the footage.

There is a practical reason - that her lawyer was provided it and she never obtained the material herself - but that would be as simple as asking him to provide it to her. Since the case was only dismissed a month ago, it's reasonable to believe he still has the data.

As for the Lolcow hall of fame (or whatever we call it) it needs to be officiated by Josh or someone official to induct members. Having a democratic election for it would be too much like two separate categories of LOTY. It needs to be developed more.
Should have had a 10 for 10 years last year for the 10th anniversary like the nba had its 50 for 50 lists and 75 for 75 years lists.

1. Christian Weston Chandler
2. DSP
3. Ralph (Or maybe the sektur)
4. Nick (Or maybe the Baldoverse)
5. Sargon
6. Patrick Tomlinson
7. Daniel Larson
8. Cyrax (or maybe BMJ, he can be the Damien lillard)
9. Anisa Johma
10. Destiny/Hasan/Ethan/Keffels or whoever is determined the dumbest political streamer not named Carl Benjamin

I'm sure I'm missing some big ones off the top of my head, and the order is a forever debate, but Sargon is top 5 and ill die on that hill.

Out to Pasture?

April then ran out of Nick's house while Aaron and his kids were there and took all of her belongings out. Aaron said that April still wanted to buy the second house, but initially only they would only live together as "friends" and they would decide later if they would stay married or not (this may not be exact, but close enough to what he said). Nick has since specified that April moving out occurred on April 7 2024, meaning this text would be from the day after it happened.

According to Aaron's own account, after April left his house there was a period of time (less than a week) where Aaron tried to live at the house in Spicer with April. Aaron's account comes across as confused I think because he shares his final reasoning for saying "no" to the house before admitting that he tried living there with April for less than a week. As usual because changing up how he tells the story makes him look better.

In terms of April's departure from Aaron, some important fixed events:

- Her last appearance on the show is on 4/1/2024
- Aaron is dealing with rumors that she has already left him and they are getting divorced on 4/4/2024. He brags about having spent a whole "special day" on 4/3/2024 with her cancelling his streams. He is also close to apology to her for not standing up more for her in terms of the a-logs of the show.
- On 4/8 (monday) he is in St. Cloud streaming with another guy
- 4/15 (monday) in St. Cloud with co-host
- 4/23 (tuesday) returns after not streaming on youtube for a week

Sometime between 4/16 and 4/22 kind of makes the most sense in terms of when Aaron may have been trying to live at the house up in Spicer.

So speculating:

- All four of them spend a week together March 23-March 31st (This is the "easter week" thing)
- April and Aaron are already having serious problems the week of April 1st and she quits the show.
- April moves permanently to Spicer on April 7th
- Aaron attempts to live in Nick's second house for less than a week between 4/16 and 4/22.
- Sometime between 4/16 and 4/23 the final break occurs.

I just remembered something. Nick's been promoting this on his streams (and on Twitter, I believe). IIRC, he said he'd reveal more DMs from the polycule. I assume he'll be in chat and possibly on the stream itself.

Live in around 90 minutes.

The description is wild:

Conveniently, the Dabbleverse does a pretty good job of clipping, but if anyone wants to be $5.00 poorer, it might be worth a watch. (I'd join but these women trigger me, irrationally. ) Stream snipe anyone?

I don't think April is involved in any potential body cam release or unrealease. I agreed with posters at the time of April's last Twitter spiral, that it was actually Nick tweeting on her account and she wasn't doing anything with it. I really do think that after the arrest happened, she was 'scared straight' in the sense that she wanted nothing at all to do with any of the stuff online, and won't get involved or say anything. I don't think she would want the bodycam footage out there either, as it would show her in a very bad light as well.

That being said, if she is the one to actually get the footage released, it might be the funniest thing to happen in the Rekieta-verse this year (maybe even funnier than the arrest itself) and would absolutely put Nick in the front of the pack for LOTY 2025.

It would be hilarious. Alas, Nothing. Ever. Happens.

Secondly she better fits the term "interested party" in that she has pre-existing legal rights pertaining to the footage, unlike EWU who just happen to be interested in seeing it like any other member of the public.
I don't think Null was using a legal term, but rather a more general one. The Farms itself would be an "interested party" here, as would numerous other people.

Personally, I'm not gonna even bother to guess who it is. I'm just gonna let Null do his thing. I remain optimistic we will get it.

Out to Pasture?
That's an award a cow is eligible for the year they die. CRP won last year. Obviously, you can only ever win that once.
