First, I think the concept of "serious artistic, literary, scientific, or political value" has no place in a courtroom as these are all so subjective unless you believe conservative university professors' narrow definitions of these terms.

As for poop porn, it doesn't have to be the kind where you smear it on yourself and eat it. It can also be the kind where a person poops in the toilet, on a plate, or on a puppy pad. We can see the poop, the consistency, the texture.

It can be artistic since poop can be art.
