I don't believe he has to file 21 days ahead on that. It's a collection action. I'm surprised Hardin has not yet filed a motion asking the court to demand a valid mailing address for the Plaintiff so he can begin properly serving him collection notices.

He’s a lot better about it than most of us would be. He reminds Russ of deadlines, tells him he’s a delight, informs him of proper procedure, and has never once (that I can see through exhibits) lost his temper with him, been short or brusque with him, or let on that he’s ever had a bad day even unrelated to this litigation. I can't imagine the Judge is happy about how much deeper the docket has grown After he agreed to a Stay pending service to the new victims/motion to dismiss.

Greer did bring the $150 per 100 sq ft up in an email to Winnemucca where expressed he felt that it wasn't very fair, so he is at least aware of the additional fees that go into starting a brothel.

It was his secondary plan. The primary was 'local government seizes the Gilman land and give it to Russ' for... reasons..., but then Russ read the rest of the statute he cited, and emended his request because the seizure cannot be enacted for a turnover of land to private parties for development, by law.

The land that Russ is fighting Gilman over would also be illegal to open a new brothel on under the same State Statute meaning this entire Winnemucca foray Russ has embarked on is completely and utterly pointless.
