My favorite thing about this is that his excuse is always

Except, having actually talked to and argued with plenty of women, you know she wasn't. She only backed down when dev's "just lol-ing" facade broke and it was clear he was getting heated. I imagine this is a learned conflict avoidance response from her that she uses often in their relationship.

To be fair........God I want to fucking kill myself for offering any form of defense of Dev. I feel like less of a man for typing this......he's so terminally online and constantly on twitter that he typically replies or retweets before the note has been added. There has been more than one time where he retweets something stupid, I decide to follow it to see the arguments later but have to get off my phone due to work, then come back 2 hours later and there's a new community note. Though I could also see him being dumb enough to ignore community nots. So thats probably not every case.

Just noticed this. The argument for that, is that with all the money an indavidual has now that they arent being taxed by the state, other things could step in. Disability due to work injury wohld start to be covered in employment contracts, and general disability from genetics/accidents would be covered by charity. Which in theory would have reduced regulations making them cheaper to run and better funded since people now have money to donate. Which isnt that absurd since most charities in the past opperated this way. How well that would work in the modern era? No clue. My objection would be that a ton of those charities would be run by religous groups. And for stuff like feeding the homelless thats fine, but things can get a bit out of hand. The pray the gay away camps and whatever the fuck was happening in "Jesus Camp," comes to mind.

As an aside I've no idea whether this thing about Rags wanting the truth told is true or not, but I've never seen or heard mention of it by Rags. It's always Dev harping about it, you'd think he blew the lid on Sargon's decision just to cause drama or something.

I don't really know who Dev is, but he has similar inflections in the way he speaks as DSP... i wonder if there is a special tard gene that causes that manner of speaking.
