A CPS investigation doesn't automatically assume guilt. Nick is a fucking idiot for bringing it up. It may be entirely irrelevant to his children or unfounded.
It may not even technically be anything to do with her directly. Didn't Nick cope about something similar when news came out about an old CPS investigation of his (I wanna say it was dated like a year before the current shitshow) where he claimed it was actually to do with a kid he was fostering and something that happened to them previously?

I wonder if there is evidence (even just "testimony"?) that a child ingested alcohol, and Nick's trying to get in front the narrative by saying it was the nanny who "did it" because she was the child-minder during that time period. Therefore it's definitely not Nick's fault for neglecting his children and leaving booze and other drugs everywhere, and getting so fucked up he didn't know what drugs he was ingesting. He already coached the kids to say any drugs in their system came from external sources, after all.

“This nanny was a piece of shit and terrible person. Here’s her name. Please don’t harass her”

This is only speculation but there must be nukes in the CPS case we can't see, because there is no fucking way the PSI wouldn't of thrown the book at Nick without something truly awful happening.

I think around October, where April went crazy and Keanu alleged she was on drugs, that house went back to crazy town, and the government knew it.

Again. Speculation. But the inference is there.
It’s a shame people aren’t more knowledgeable about CPS, because it gives breathing space to Nick’s lies.

“Well, if she REALLY had cocaine in her system, there’s no way they’d let her back in their care! Nick must be right!”

They don’t realize that taking the kids away permanently is always the last solution and not something they’d do even if there was one incontrovertible positive drug test.

Why did CPS put him through the wringer in the first place? Geez, could it be because the daughter tested positive for cocaine? They sure as fuck don’t remove kids temporarily because some drugs were found.

Hey Nick -- you DO realize that those two statements are at odds with one another, right? By posting her name, you're encouraging whatever low-life scum that still are your fans to stalk & harass her. And besides, you really want anyone to take the word of you, a known liar, that the nanny actually gave your kid alcohol? Fuck off with that, you piece of shit. And tell ya what, Rackets -- even if I were to grant that assertion as fact, YOU GAVE YOUR KID COCAINE!!! So do the world a favor and kill yourself, cretin!
As always, Nick gives zero fucks about his kids. I’m sure they’d just love having the one stable authority figure they had for years smeared, and would like nothing better than going to school and having to answer questions from the other kids who heard about their nanny plying them with booze.

Nick is such a POS.

Nanny Issue (from current stream):

I'm taking notes in real time and behind in the thread. This is getting crazy. It needs to be clipped.
Aaron blathered about it on today's show. Here's the clip:
Aaron calls the former nanny "a good egg" and chastises Nick for going after her. I can't imagine Nick's bullshit today will put Aaron in a better mood on it.
Later in stream, Aaron goes down with a few more details on the note from a concerned friend about April, and Aaron also comments on his recent tweet to Chad. It's not worth clipping, basically Aaron got an email from a mutual friend that wouldn't be widely known (to the internet) about April with some info. Aaron reached out to Chad Zumock to see if his intel was from the same source, and actually defends Chad's sources for whatever reason.

I'm someone who's been around these things, Junkies only get their kids taken away if they keep being junkies. You get told by the CPS workers to sort your shit now or get the long dick of Uncle Sam straight into your prostate.

As Potentially Criminal eloquently put it, the state has to reluctantly buckbreak retards into submission. It would rather spend the effort and money into local development, instead of dealing with cuckold junkies.

CPS doesn't enjoy the act of breaking apart families. It's done with grim, analytical, dispassionate purpose. No one there is giggling at the antics of smackheads like Nick, and they make reasoned, weighty decisions to give them back.

Nick's narrative that CPS workers and the local government fuck with him intentionally because in his wife's CSI letter quote "people don't like what he has to say" is ridiculous. No wonder it had no effect on the judge's decision on putting him in five-years of the "stop being a retard" baby pen.

Sounds to me like he's getting ahead of something. Maybe Nanny has hinted at going public?
When he first mentioned having stories about her he didn't say it in a way that implied she gave his kids alcohol. That would be rage inducing to any normal parent but he said it in his usual "it's funny and weird" kind of way. He's definitely reconning the nanny stuff for something only his wetbrain currently knows. I don't think he realizes how poorly it reflects on him. You "work" from home and your wife stays at home too. How negligent do you have to be to miss your nanny giving your kids alcohol.

Can anyone actually confirm if the Nanny actually had a CHIPS report against her? Even if she did, why would Nick hire a nanny that had a legal record of potential child abuse?
>Nick
>doing any kind of due diligence other than "need someone to watch the kids so I can do drugs and have orgies"

lol, lmao even.
Cute. Did he try to bring her into the Qover, too?

Am I mishearing, or is he quite literally suggesting that this was all part of a grand conspiracy to place his children in foster care?
I really want Nick to elaborate.

Here's Nick again admitting that he lied (big shock) about the coke bullet. He says that "the last place I saw it was in my shorts at Aaron's house." He claims that he "never sat next to kids on the couch". Implies that Aaron took the bullet out of his shorts that were on the floor while Nick was pantsless to frame him. Nick again denies that his bullet (that he obviously wasn't keeping track of if he left it there and went home) could have possibly just fallen out of his pocket while he was fucked off his rocker on coke.

Kill yourself, Nick. I'm serious, it's the best for everyone if you were dead. You're beyond redemption. The rest of your life is going to be hell because you'll never be able to have fun and do drugs again. Kill yourself.
