If he was being tested 2x a week, then he really wouldn't really have the time to do anything without being caught. Sorry to be a downer, but unless the behavior fundamentally undermines his ability to be a lawyer or was committed in that act of representing a client, he is not likely to be punished.

I'm not holding my breath, but it feels more and more like several "important" people (lawyers, DAs) have put a target on his back. I mean, how many serious complaints has he received? Dozens? Couple that with his conviction and a (maybe) hacking charge, it seem tenuous.

Is there a clip of this? Did he really call in and have his young daughter on his stream and call people losers? I thought Nick wanted to keep his kids off of the Internet, now he is just bringing them on as accessories.

The circumstances were this: The Court was at lunch. Nick had to pick up his daughter from an activity. Nick called in from his car to comment on a video he'd set up of a pro se litigant cross-examining his young SON after murdering the kid's sister and mom. On the drive home, Nick's daughter wanted to say hello to the chat and said, "Don't be a loser, loser!" to the chat, it seemed like. (Apple/tree and all that.)
