Long story short, they realized most of my issues were on the "R" intonation. For example, it appeared that I had issues in saying things like "pero" (but) or "perro" (dog). The doctors at some point suspected I could have some sort of aspergers syndrome, unsurprisingly (for you, at least).

They discarded that prognosis because I showed healthy capacity for maintaining attention on topics or conversations, I didn't have issues in my education, and I could talk with my teachers without any problem. This concluded with the diagnosis that I just had a speech impediment.

That's pretty much it.

By the way, Aspergers is now considered part of the autism spectrum and isn't called "Aspergers" anymore as a result. So, yes, you are, in fact, autistic.
