I really do think the tardguard is going to start slipping the more the judge(s) have to interact with Russ.

It was easy to shield him early when they barely had to interact and most of his motions were 'I'm retarded and fucked up' or 'well the 10th said I could prosecute a copyright case'.

But each filing since the last hearing is more and more anger and continuing refusal to comply with court rules willingly.

The judge seems to have noticed that Russ isn't a poor little retard but is going out of his way to be a fuck. The emails he COPIED THE JUDGE ON prove that as well as his constantly changing stories. Russ will say anything he thinks will help him win at any time.

I expect the judge's patience to wear thing and we either get a dismissal or he tells Russ to shut the fuck up until the next hearing, assuming this judge is hellbent on getting it to trial.

he absolutely did, but he didn't realize that he had done so until it was too late. initially, i thought that it was such an odd thing for him to divulge, in light of mr. hardin's motion to unseal the original ifp documents, but then i realized that greer actually filed his "emergency motion" yesterday, before mr. hardin's ifp motion, which is why we saw another filing from greer today, immediately after he realized what he had done. oops!

I wonder what version of this plan makes sense in the la la land that is Russel Greer's rotting brainmatter. I'm guessing he figures he'll somehow force a city to use eminent domain to steal someone's property, sell it to Russ because people NEED whorehouses, it's a PUBLIC SERVICE, then once he's got the land and property all set up he'll just get the whores working and THEN start paying the bill for the property?

That presumes
1. Whores will come work for a nonexistent whorehouse
2. He won't have any expenses at all, such as HR costs, background checks, probably legally mandated STD tests
3. That forget just being given a loan, that it'll be set up for him sight unseen
4. That customers will immediately flock to a hotel turned whorehouse a few hundred feet from a school and church

Please find attached a criminal police report made by Russell Greer on 1/30/2018 7:38 am in Pensacola, Florida about Joshua "Null" Moon and the Kiwi Farms. The police found Null guilty, but as far as I am aware did not open an actual criminal case. They later changed the case to "inactive" This is considered the "Official Record"

This exposes another lie that Greer has made to the court, doesn't it? Greer tried to tell the court that he wasn't even sure that Mr. Moon resided in the state of Florida, if so, then why would he state

"I was referred to your department by the Pensacola Police Department since the subject lives in your jurisdiction."

In 2018 he clearly believed that Mr. Moon resided in Florida.

In his mind because he was granted IFP before, he should still have it now.

So he obviously must be making less money now, so that he deserves IFP extra.

This means that when he got IFP the first time, he had more money, because the amount of money he had then got him IFP.

Basically he wants to say 'I got it then, I should have it now even more, so dont ask how I got it then' not realizing that the judge ruling he doesnt have it NOW means that he shouldn't have had it then.

My Greerterpretation is that Russ' mind is more focused on the Winnemucca Whorehouse Arc right now than on his copyright case. Suggesting that Russel is actually indigent damages his prospects for getting investors (Huber) from pouring money into his brothel scheme. Therefore, he must indignantly deny that he's indigent, even though he insisted he was indigent on legal forms signed back in 2020. In his mind, he may lose the copyright case, but still could win the brothel of his dreams using this one funny trick. I don't think he realizes (or believes) that he could face steep sanctions or even criminal charges for his shenanigans in this case.

My favorite bit is when he admits having a bunch of money but denies he can use it to pay court ordered fees because he has decided to "reserve" it for business purposes. Alex Jones should have tried that. If the judge lets him get away with it he is an utter and complete disgrace.
