I wonder if the judges in this case might finally be getting some insight into why people who read and post here have taken an interest in Russell Greer and his various activities.
At least one clerk would have thought this by now, and read the entire Greer OP. There are presumably multiple clerk generations over the last five years who have had to brief their successors, at least in passing, about this case with crazy people that can't seem to get past discovery.

Okay lots of awesome here but...

We should be done. This should be it right here. Hardin should just email Barlow a copy of this and be like, "COME. ON."
That was a jaw-dropper. He may have really goofed up this time.

But you see, U_M, it's just a simple goof. When he said it was a burden, he meant on his pursuit of whores business, not that he's just lying to the Court to avoid paying for any of this nonsense. He just needs to explain.
See what he meant was, he can afford to pay it he just doesn't want to.

No problem, 5 grand oughtta cover it.

How did Russhole manage to save up $5k within a few months of having his car repo'ed and being evicted due to unpaid rent? He admits to making $14/hr and - as far as I can tell - is still renting a car. I have no idea how much a long term car rental is in Vegas, but I suspect it'd be a heck of a lot more than paying a car note on a 2022 Nissan Versa.

Assuming the madlad actually did this, then I have to (begrudgingly) give him props for his work ethic.

It's just a shame that Russhole admitted to refusal to pay his rent due to the apartment complex's front gate being broken, thus allowing the repo men to take his car. The same Versa he couldn't or wouldn't make payments on due to a failed alternator (fellow Russtorians, please feel free to correct the record if I've misremembered these events).

I suspect Russhole has been sitting on some savings throughout his entire "homelessness" arc, assuming he was ever homeless at all (which I still doubt).

He may now have $5k in savings, or he may not. Either way, he's going to need a lot more than $5k to start a brothel. imo he'd be better off spending part of that money on a 20 year old Toyota and just keep DoorDashing for the foreesable. If he keeps being frugal, he should be able to keep his hooker fund topped up for long enough to pay for him to have his penis sucked once a quarter.

I don't have the time, local knowledge or autism to try and reverse engineer Russhole's current income and expenses. As Russhole has paid the filing fee, I don't think querying his current financial status will either help or hinder the recindment of his IFP status by the Magistrate.

As for the rest of his most recent filings... what I love about Russhole is how his level of histrionic faggotry increases in proportion with the swelling of his trauma lumps. Laying on the emotive words and flowery language like a fifth grader's creative writing assignment where a minimum word count has to be met, that never gets old.

Remember somewhere it came out that his father is managing his finances now? That may be a joint account that his parents provide for living expenses and emergencies. Or he may just be lying to the court again. He does that.

I think we might have just imagined it when he asked Hardin to send the check for the costs allegedly owed to his dad's address because he didn't want the evil stalker website and lawyer to know where he was living.

I think this was a shot across the bow by Hardin when he CC'd Russ' dad because Shitlips gave him his parent's address to send the $225.25 payment.

We just don't understand. Rusty CAN'T use that $5000 for anything but building a whorehouse. He CAN'T use it for anything else, like paying filing fees and sanctions because it's strictly for whorehouse purposes! We just refuse to understand that!

Every time he gets close to the police station, his Doordash app goes off and he can't afford to miss a single order.
I just realized we need someone to DoorDash the police some donuts so Greer can deliver them and then he has no excuse not to file his complaint since he'll be there already.

The rental would be through the rideshare company he is working with, so a discounted rate.

That’s exactly what it was. Hardin was being cute when he made that remark about his dad managing his finances, referring to that email in December when Greer gave the Wyoming address to send checks to. Dad’s not in charge of anything.

If he's carrying passengers he'd probably need a new-ish vehicle. but if he's just delivering take-out, an old Yaris or Fit would do the job just fine and he'd probably save himself a couple hundred (?) bucks a week by not having to pay rental fees.

Do you think that Crusty is too stupid or just refuses to understand that as soon as he could pay the filing fee he was required to do so, and inform the court that he can no longer, in good conscience, proceed IFP as such, and that willfully doing so is a fatal error for his case? His ability to pay the filing fee must have been quite some time ago if he has $5000 saved up.

Wow, those Facebook posts really make his original IFP application in 2020, as well as his IFP status for the appeals case, appear to be an outright fraud upon the court.

We're not stalking you shitlips. We're INVESTIGATING you. There is no statute of limitations for shame heaped upon whoremongers.

Surprisingly cheap

Normally for Uber and Lyft they run around $250/week but only if you do rides, I think Russ is straight doordash right?

That said for rideshare apps will block you from registering rentals unless it's booked through their approved program.

But speaking to uber cucks in my town before I finally got my own car, rentals in this state have distinct license plates so they say they usually pay it off after 2 days of ubering and then they ride around for the rest of the week with a free car.
