Normally for Uber and Lyft they run around $250/week but only if you do rides, I think Russ is straight doordash right?

That said for rideshare apps will block you from registering rentals unless it's booked through their approved program.

But speaking to uber cucks in my town before I finally got my own car, rentals in this state have distinct license plates so they say they usually pay it off after 2 days of ubering and then they ride around for the rest of the week with a free car.

I've said before that Russ is fascinating compared to a lot of lolcows. Russ meanwhile aspires to more (and by more I mean hookers) and is willing to work for it.

He literally commits fraud no matter where he goes. He filed a false business document with the Nevada Secretary of State, by which he committed fraud. He likely committed fraud against the district court in 2020 by filing a false application for IFP status. He likely committed fraud against the appeals court by also having IFP status. He likely committed fraud against the court with regard to his eviction proceedings by falsely claiming IFP status despite his ability to pay the filing fee. He likely continued to commit fraud against the district court by continuing his IFP status, which might have been fraudulently obtained in the first place, by not willingly declaring that he was no longer eligible for IFP and could pay the filing fee. There's a good chance he attempted to defraud the real estate agent in Winnemucca.

How many crimes does one have to commit before someone does somethin about it? He's starting to approach supervillainy levels of fraud. I'm starting to doubt his face is even fucked up, it's just one lifelong fraud.

I was curious what the rules for IFP status were, so I went to the Local Rules for Utah.

So, the form motion could say he's deserving for IFP for other reasons, but let's look at the 'guaranteed' one based on income.
So what do the poverty guidelines say for 2020.

$12,760 * 2 = $25,520
If he then made more than the $14/hr he makes now. Let's just use the $14 for 50 weeks a year at 40 hours a week.
$14 * 40 * 50 = $28,000
