A femboy faggot that YOU kill, and a Troon God that is in a perma-state of suffering (Xhe's crucified) when you start the game. The most questionable thing in Elden Ring is the A/B body type nonsense, and no, Mohg isn't a faggot, the femboy brainwashed him. Pre-Brainwash Mohg had the Pureblood Knights, Sir Anbasch (one of the most morally righteous characters in Elden Ring) being one of the knights in service of Mohg, as soon as the Femboy/Tranny Demi-God brainwashed Mohg, the Pureblood Knights disolved and Mohg created the tranny-loving degenerate cult (The Bloody Fingers, professional tranny dilators) that you also kill during the main campaign. A sad thing is that Anbasch wounded Miquella, but he couldn't finish him off in order to save Mohg, so Miquella stole his heart too.

It does feel forced and the thought of gay ops by a group of people to weaponize KF is intriguing, but for now my conclusion is that Synth had sperg fever(tm) for a while and is receiving a well deserved cold shower. Currently I am on the side of laughing at retards on the internet.
