My guess? They're busy and its not front and center on their minds. So it keeps slipping until they have to do it.The sheriff's department can't be balldoguarding, that's ridiculous
Teetotaling is the exact opposite. If you are a teetotaler, it means you entirely abstain from drugs and alcohol (though some teetotalers smoke cigarettes, like Angus Young)isn't that when you dabble in drugs
look english is my zeroeth language
This is the correct answer.this crack ghoul just once again a complete fucking retard?
Under Minnesota Statutes, such data is generally nonpublic until the investigation is closed or the case has been resolved in court.i dont understand what rekieta was saying on the female horse podcast. bodycam footage of criminal arrests is FOIAable in the United States of America. unless it's somehow different in Minnesota, which, im not a lawyer, but then again neither is he, I've FOIA'd bodycam stuff before on a felony case, and they withheld it until post sentencing and then simply charged me for their processing and editing fees to blur any victims. am i missing something here or is this crack ghoul just once again a complete fucking retard?
Rigged. He is currently not in the running.
so im just glancing at it here, and it is in fact under "Minnesota Government Data Practices Act" which is obviously a separate entity for the state, but im skimming over the prerequisites and it reads exactly the same to me as what i had to cover when i FOIA'd the footage i mentioned above. nothing in the rules suggest that the public won't have access to this so long as the proper fees are paid to blur any kids or unrelated persons on said footage. but i really dont get how this guy thinks april or the state would need to bamboozle him to obtain this. seems like a pretty open and shut records request if you ask meIt is different in Minnesota. It’s been talked about before back when the body cam first came up.
I found out from a friend of mine who fucking hates this site, but posted a link to a tweet in a discord server mentioning it, and immediately rushed here to see it pinned on the homepage and couldn't believe my shock.I was sitting in my car having a smoke in the parking lot of a Dallas Hilton when I heard. Where were you when Nicky Got Arrested?
Maybe they took photos of the inside of the house for evidenceNull definitely has something tangential to the footage, or the footage in an incomplete/skewed form. The part about there being no going back stumps me though, that wording seems deliberate. Just going to spitball some predictions:
Police dashcam footage from outside the house
Body cam footage from a cop that didn’t enter the house
Heavily edited footage that somehow can be released
Someone who was there/has access to the footage describing it
Nick’s bluff theory doesn’t sit right with me, it’s far too airy.
I just did a double Van Gogh.Nick Rekieta Karaoke - MEMBERS ONLY!

I think if Nick shows this to the judge, he could probably knock a year or two off his probation.
Edit: Missed his ballad for April at the end:

In honour of our dear feeder, I'm going to make a charcuterie board with the finest cheeses I can find.I hope fellow kiwisisters order pizza to eat while watching the bodycam footage on release day!

He’s damage-controlling by preemptively framing what we’ll see in the bodycam footage—conveniently filtered through his own warped point of view.Nick is now live
I hate his whimsical way of describing his degeneracy. He's been doing it since the start and it's disgusting.Rekieta calling himself "fun" "a ton of fun" and so on is a new high of creepiness to me. I keep thinking of the serial killer facial expressions he makes to the camera when pretending to be a father. Like when he held up the gray-white vomit plate.
Nigga imma finna ginna winna gungadinna much on some house plants an shit, just show me the state of the laundry roomJersh told on stream that there will be NO bodycam footage until we eat our vegetables!
