This is the issue that finally weaned me off libertarianism, though I admit I was already wavering.

Libertarianism is a lot like communism on one level and that's when you first hear about it, it doesn't sound bad.

Communism everyone's equal and taken care of that sounds nice but then you realize someone has to run the show and that's gonna create an elite class so no everyone isn't equal and oh yeah bureaucrats suck at running businesses, so your economy is gonna suck. Last the state comes first so you're expendable if you don't tow the line.

Libertarianism small government more freedom sounds nice then you realize we have laws in place for a reason we may not always like them and definitely the government overreaches, but the alternative is lawlessness that most of us wouldn't survive or at least get royally fucked over.

I am a transgender man and I have been on testosterone for years now. My partner of 4 years is a transgender woman who’s been on estrogen for 2 years and lately she has been expressing how she wishes that I had a real dick to fuck her. She follows up by saying “I’m sure you wish I had a vagina” and I’m like no I don’t because I love you for you and I love everything about you no matter what. I top her a lot but she constantly says how it doesn’t feel real enough and I feel like I can’t actually have an emotional type of response to it because I try so hard to understand where she’s coming from without taking it personally. Agreed! I put up with behavior like this for years, and it has wrecked my self-esteem. When combined with something you are already dysphoric about I feel like I cannot overstate the amount of damage this can do to the new sense of self you need to develop while transitioning.

Anesthesiologists are the real MVPs in the surgical world. Incidentally, many of the operations (SRS or otherwise) I’ve seen people rant about being cancelled for non insurance reasons have been because of the anesthesiologist refusing because they knew going under could severely harm or kill the patient. Even if it’s to protect their own ass legally, it still also protects the patient’s life in the long run. He’s doing him a favor, especially after troon basically made intubation impossible. Fuckin’ ingrate.

He should consider himself lucky that he can speak at all since many of the other few troons that I’ve read had that surgery lost the ability to speak permanently. But that’s not affirming or coom worthy enough.
