I’m actually wondering if part of the reason CC3 has been delayed is because of the Stanley cup. It was discussed much earlier in this thread that if the Florida Panthers went to the Stanley cup they would need the arena for that.

The Panthers won tonight and there’s little chance of the Hurricanes coming back at this point, so it’s almost certain the Panthers are going to the finals.
