cosmetic vanity procedures ... prey on the mentally unwell, create a problem that didn't previously exist in order to sell a solution
One does feel a lot more predatory than the other from not only creating problems that don’t even exist
Off topic but this reminds me of an old informercial that started with, "for too long, the beauty industry has neglected the neck region", then went on to sell a neck-specific anti-aging cream or whatever...that'll show them!

Absolutely brilliant. The ((beauty industry)) cries out in corporate malfeasance as it invents a new problem to sell you the solution to. (Wahmen correct me if I'm wrong and this is actually a thing that you've been denied solutions to).

It takes a special kind of insanity to be a troop in India.

Don’t get me wrong, all troons are crazy, but India is a country where women have so few rights, that one of Indians main complaints about the British Raj, is that they prevented them from throwing widows onto the funeral pyre when her husband died.

Sexual assault and rape is literally an every day thing for Indian women. As well a getting groped and constantly harassed by throngs of jeets. Imagine the kind of coom broken brain that makes you go: “I’m also a woman!”
"Do not do the vagene, Saar!"

I've been working with my team for about 2 years now. I recently messaged them to ask for an update, for context had my consultation a year ago in June, and I was wondering why I haven't heard anything. I originally was told about a year wait after my consultation, I should be having surgery, sometime around December that climbed up to 18 months.. Okay, that's just 6 months, no problem. I recently discovered that the 1 year originally has now turned into 2 years. When trying to ask my team, they give me the worst, most vague answers like 'it depends', and it's driving me insane. I gave up the opportunity for a good-paying job that could have helped me get my diploma by now because they told me 1 year in the beginning. I'm on the cancellation and ready-to-schedule lists, so I'm not sure why the wait has increased a whole year!!!!! When asking about that, they tell me 'availability changes'. I haven't gotten an actual answer in a year, right after my consult. It feels like they're picking favorites because I see people on different social medias with later consult dates getting scheduled for surgery, and I'm just sitting here, waiting for my call. I'm just extremely pissed and extremely disappointed. The worst part is, they don't even tell you any of this unless you send them a message. I've been waiting for updates for 6 months for disappointment. I recently reached out to patient relations with concerns, and I'm hoping I hear back soon. Just a little vent because I don't really have anywhere else to put this. Thank you for reading, it means a lot to get this out!!!

(extra info: its 4 am, if i forgot anything I will add in later in a comment but I am tied to this place bc its the only place my insurance accepts and I am in the US and it also took a year for them to review my paperwork and get a consult so it should be 3 years from first contact to stage 1 now…)

Better use those two years to go sky diving, rocky mountain climbing, and 2.7 seconds on a bull named Fu Manchu.

This girl has an elderly, gray haired grandmother praying for her. Count on it.

Some of these retards literally want a dick + a pussy at the same time or two dicks, and they can successfully find a doctor to do that shit as well. 🤮
I want to know how that even works. Penile inversion at least makes vague sense but with vaginoplasty that preserves the dick, how and what are they making the fake vagina with?

You will never be an aging man with awkward balls. You have no humongous undulating scrotum, you have no giant nuts you'll accidentally sit on, your sack will never get caught in a zipper let alone dip into the toilet when you pop a squat. You are a homosexual woman twisted by drugs and surgery into a crude mockery of nature’s perfection.

All the “validation” you get is two-faced and half-hearted. Behind your back old men letting it hang in the swimming pool locker room mock you. Your grandfather is disgusted and ashamed of you, your Juggalo “friends” laugh at the ghoulish neuticles repurposed from pet cosmetic surgery that you carry daintily snugged up against your pelvic region in your modified labia, sniggering about how you will never be Shaggy 2 Dope.

Frankly given how egomaniacal and misogynistic troons are I'm surprised they aren't bragging about how much tighter their designer pussies are compared to actual women. It's the perfect blend of delusion, narcissism, and misogyny for them.
It's because they're men so they think the size of their inverted-dick neocunts is a mark of pride.

New manmade horrors just dropped: a TiF with constant, nonstop strictures goes under the knife yet again in an attempt to solve the chronic urinary issues she's been plagued wtih since she messed with her natural setup back in October of 2023. For those curious, the Johanson method is described in the comments as "a type of urethroplasty method where the underside of the phallus is split, let to heal, and then closed months later to create the lining of the urethra—as opposed to creating it during the initial phallus creation. It’s also called the hotdog method. It’s for ALT or MLD guys to cut down on girth, or as a repair method for repeated urinary complications."
Ftmdre (Drs. Michael Safir and Maurice Garcia; radial forearm-flap phalloplasty with "Johanson method")
More like the hotdog bun method. split it open, heal it over, then reunite the two halves and theoretically you got a lumen of skin in there that could maybe? tolerate having urine on it all the time.
But, if you have babies, you will learn that normal skin doesn't actually tolerate prolonged contact with urine that well. That's why you need to change them so often, powder and balm and whatever else to put down a barrier.
And that skin on the inner lumen of the phallo isn't even normal skin, it's scar tissue. I can't imagine that does better, the urethra is pretty specialized in its ability to tolerate this osmotic stress. Also natal males don't really have the problem of retained urine in the length of the penis, whereas the pooners whose ULs work often complain of needing to "milk" urine from the neophallus and spotting retained urine onto clothes and other issues. OK like maybe normal men have a drop of urine hanging out in there somewhere but my understanding is real urethra mucosa is sort of hydrophobic (i.e. oily, plasticy) so urine won't get stuck in there.
Our boy here paid in cash, suggesting he can’t get a credit card, or at least not one with a high enough limit (Poland has a wide acceptance of cashless payments, so it’s not because cash is king). He also could have paid by cheque or bank transfer, but didn’t, so he probably didn’t do the smart thing of opening a special savings account with sweet sweet interest.
Now that you mention it SRS is probably a best-worst case scenario for an HSA. I don't think anyone should get SRS but funding with an HSA is probably the right move because it's all tax-privileged. And some employers do make HSA contributions as part of the benefit package.
But you're probably 100% right our boy paid in cash because he's a tranny hooker saving hooking profits in like, a shoebox under the bed, which would also explain why it took a long time for the intake receptionist to count the money. He paid in like, twenties and fives or something.

More OT: I specifically remember an 2000s-era TV ad for a cocoa butter cream to treat pregnancy related stretch marks with the voiceover: "Pregnancy... it's a beautiful thing, but it can leave unsightly stretch marks..." and my sis and I liked to joke "pregnancy... it's a beautiful thing; BUT A TERRIBLE CURSE! LOOK AT THESE UNSIGHTLY STRETCH MARKS! BUY OUR LOTION YOU HUSSY!!"

Anyway yes beauty product marketing (for any product you can name) plays spaniel to the male beauty standard and inspires female insecurity about not meeting that standard; and then promises if you buy THIS product, you will make the grade, you will be beautiful, the men in your life will love you, you'll live happily ever after etc. etc. And that's a trumped-up claim because smelling better, being hairless, wearing layered makeup, won't necessarily make you happy.

This is a lesson from Feminism 101 that you use to redpill teenage girls (and boys, if they're willing to take this seminar) into reading the advertisements they are shown and the media they consume more critically and help them understand that the purpose of an ad is to sell a product, and the ad people will promise whatever they need to, especially ephemeral and subjective things, if it'll get you to buy that product.
Colon, oftentimes.
If there was ever a question that needed wrong answers only it was this. ("What is, a bunch of lunch meat, Alex?" **bhmbph**)Though some of the right answers are equally horrifying, because real possible answers include repurposed skin from corpses ala Kevin Gibes.

It's extremely rare but i have read about it. Only the richest crazies can afford something like that. There's even a few who have had the balls removed, kept the shaft, and gotten neovaginas. It's mental isn't it? Although at least as far as I'm aware, none of them have done that subsidised on public funds.

In addition to that (which is always amusing to see MTFs try to one up each other on), when they do focus on how “tight” their ditches are, they’re often frustrated that they can’t penetrate themselves with massive objects or dicks since the smallest dilator is agony. Or they look forward to being fisted or double penetrated as soon as possible (Farrah Flawless for the latter comes to mind). All their aspirations for their neovagina betray what pornsick men they really are.

(Incidentally, there are true and honest women that use dilators. It is sometimes prescribed as a temporary therapy for vaginismus. The end goal is to recover mentally enough to have intimacy with their partners (and maybe have children someday).)

I wanna do a "Where are they now" post for one of my favorites: Brundleditch.

He's an Austrian, 21 as of October 2024. He also had a Fetlife account, but I don't know if it's still up or not.

His doctor was Pfilip Klumpen, who operates in Vienna.

He got a variant of penile inversion surgery called the combined method:

Combined method bottom surgery questions / Archive

It's apparently a method where in addition to turning the dick inside out, you cobble together the scrotum and urethra.

The combined method:

As explained on Dr Schaff’s SRS clinic’s website: “The goal of genital alignment should be an aesthetic female vulva and a well-functioning vagina. Because of its sensitivity and thin, soft, flexible skin, the penis is ideally suited to construct the small labia and the prepuce, the skin which surrounds the clitoris. The clitoris itself is formed from the glans and the highly sensitive inside of the foreskin. Both are supplied by blood vessels and nerves from the penis shaft.

The vagina is formed out of a combination of parts of the penile skin, the longitudinally opened urethra and the scrotum. This allows the vagina to be deep and wide to allow uncomplicated intercourse. The urethral mucosa present should provide sufficient moisture and a better chance of reaching a female vaginal milieu.

Since my operation I have experienced natural lubrication and considerable sensation (I have experienced several climaxes already). I can also squeeze the muscles around the vagina, which feels like it was always there.

He had trouble recovering after surgery, vomiting and needing to be instructed on how to "poop without pushing":

Apparently he was jizzing out of his 'clitoris'. I suppose that's where the doctor put the urethra?

He deleted his reddit sometime after October 2024. The most recent active use of the username SubliminalRM is an account on Blackhat World Forum (Archive), because shockingly, he's a programmer.

So he's confirmed to be alive at least as of December 16. 2024.

She could use these two years to appreciate being free of chronic UTIs and a permanent, in-dwelling catheter.

I mean, really, they are making this poor trans person wait that long to have her limbs torn apart, her vagina burned out, the vulva hacked to pieces and a limp, flesh roll haphazardly attached to her mons...what type of unreasonable and transphobic country do we live in where these things are not given top priority by the medical profession? The lack of urgency over gender affirmation displayed here is a crime against humanity!

Even after all this, what is she going to do if her rotdog turns gangrenous or gets infected and has to be amputated, anyway, like so many of them do?

By the way, since this thread is so big, what do pooners who had to have their removed because of complications end up being left with? Do they just have holes where their urethral remnants are to allow for the passing of urine? I know many of them would be desperate to try again but it would seem that the scarring and lack of healthy tissue in the area would make it too big of a risk.

Update on Asher Machado a.k.a ElephantDick.
She got her associates in bio. looks like she's becoming a Paleontologist.
She posted an update on her medical status recently. It's been one year since her recent phalloplasty. She's now stage 2 post-op where she had the urethal lengthening done and is getting implants next. She also goes into how her current surgeon is amazing and Cetrulo is dishonest.
Screenshot 2025-05-27 131155.webp
And has some tattoos to cover her stomach scarring from the butcher Cetrulo. And a pic of her arm scar. Looks like her new phallus has some tattooing on it.
