I think part of why Keanu is impossibly triggering to Nick is that she’s twiggy, which Nick thinks is hot, and she married a fat guy, which Nick has developed a whole ass eating disorder to avoid because he’s such a shallow retard he thinks that’s how to get laid after 40
Considering that sexually his main priority is being the one getting fucked by men he might be correct in this assumption.

@Null should watermark it like those fucking twitter vultures who put a big ass logo on it so you can't even see what's happening.
@Null should post first on MATI, then offer it for a premium to the other vultures...
I would suggest one of those moving dvd loading screen inverse watermarks like EWU uses, with the large faint logo watermark in the center as well.

Based on what Null has said on past MATI streams and in posts, one of his strongest directives is to grow site traffic and new faces to the Farms.
Keeping those new faces might be easier if they weren't chastised for not knowing how to archive posts or how to embed video or etc. Or chastise them and then explain how to do it. Otherwise you're just being a Delta Charlie. Is there even an FAQ somewhere that explains these things? I very rarely leave this board unless I'm unceremoniously booted out.

lurk moar

One thing that did irritate me about that shitshow with Keanu is she kinda just rolled over on the claim that she doxed April living next door.

It's my recollection she didn't initially. We knew from the pictures included the real estate listing of the second house that she was there. Her jacket and purse were seen hanging up in one of the photos. That's also how we got the Summer's Eve joke (it's also, more annoyingly, how we got a number of pages discussing proper water treatment).

She could've easily pointed out that people knew she was living next door because Nick and April demonstrated shit OPSEC in trying to sell the house while she was still there.
She specifically brought this up on her recap stream as one of her regrets that it didnt occur to her in the moment, that the "doxing" was because April had posted a bunch of pics from inside the house.

It would be more frustrating than funny. Kabes has only the vaguest notion what KF is and he doesn’t understand a lot of very basic online stuff. It slows down potentially great shows to a halt and is extremely frustrating to watch.
This is fair. I think null might be ok like, going on MLC just after he drops it on MatI. But yeah trying to get Kevin through it would take a million years. But it might just make a million super chats. Business was booming with the Kanu 1v5 analysis.

The bodycam footage is something that will have the reach to achieve that I believe. I hope that however it gets released it achieves both the destruction of Nick Rekieta and a surge of new members to the site.
This is why I think it might be a good move, if null wants to do it.

Also why isn’t doing Whippets and other “legal” drugs not grounds for failing his probation and being sent to 21 months in prison?

Generally speaking, abusing any legally availably substance while on probation for drugs is not allowed, does not matter if someone is using duster, huffing petrol or cologne, or anything else you could get at a normal store. The problem is that the state needs to be able to definitively prove that it happened and something like the nitrous would not show up on a drug test so either they basically need to catch him in person while he is inhaling or he fucks up and records himself doing it on stream.

Plus Null has a way of having his facts wrong a lot, or not knowing what basic words mean (see teetotaler debacle on Friday). The two of them combined would just be too messy.

Also Kevin has said that he nets less money on the big shows than he does on shorter and less lucrative streams. Not to mention he gets sick of reading all the Superchats.

Finally Null would have to appear on camera for MLC. Kevin doesn’t play that avatar-only shit.

Probation violation isn't a criminal charge that needs to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt unless it's filed as a separate charge (it is usually itself a crime to violate probation although jurisdictions vary on how they go about it).

Apparently, under the terms of his current probation, they can just decline to defer adjudication on the 28 days in jail he still owes and throw him in jail for any reason or no reason. They "may" defer.

After this early period, he still has the remainder of the five years of probation. Probation revocation is by a preponderance of the evidence, that is, more likely than not, the offender broke the terms of probation.

(To prove probation violation as an actual crime, of course, does require beyond a reasonable doubt, and I believe there may be some things that need what is called "clear and convincing," that is, more than a mere preponderance, that is, a 51% possibility, but less than beyond a reasonable doubt.

Generally, though, it's a preponderance like in a civil case which is why if you're on probation you'd best be a goddamn choirboy.)

In this case, in Minnesota, they don't need a general rule. Possessing inhalants with intent to use them is explicitly a crime under statute. Nick is a criminal.
He's a dickless faggot. His only weapon is screaming.

He'll hurt someone by driving intoxicated.
The most infuriating thing about drunks like Nick is often when they cause a crash, they're the only person unharmed because your natural reflexes of tensing up actually cause you to suffer more likelihood of injury. Meanwhile the drunken piece of shit ploughing into some car full of kids is too stupid to realize what's going on and doesn't tense up.

He should do a simulcast with Metokur on MATI. Avatars Only.

Don’t they also have carte blanche to stop by and look around the dump he calls a home? IIRC they don’t need a warrant but my memory might be failing me.

You mean the link listed at the top of every subforum page just underneath basic conduct expectations for the site?
