Yes, you dumb fuck, you toyed with her as a plaything, and while you had your backup (wife and family) you left her with nothing and no one. YOU caused her all the destruction and pain and damage, not Keanu, not Aaron, not anyone but you. People like Nick are destroyers. He's had such a "hard" time trying to get back with his life (boo hoo), and he gave no thought or consideration to the person who had nothing. They were not equals in their affair, and I don't mean in the ways he would cite - I mean that he was reckless knowing he likely had a fallback (sure there was a minute he feared he overplayed his hand, but he always had kids and money) and dgaf that she would be chewed up and spit out. April made stupid choices, but Nick - the "smart" (lol) guy - is by far the most odious of creatures.
Nick casually admitted to getting her hooked on coke, molly, and whippits as if it was just a normal, every day thing

He's a monster

He's a dickless faggot. His only weapon is screaming.

He'll hurt someone by driving intoxicated.
I would argue his kids are pretty hurt and are going to be messed up for life. The youngest has probably never seen their parents sober.

Statistically, if the half the kids end up not alcoholics/addicts, it will be a miracle. And I wouldn't assume the grandparents will be about to counter the negative influence, especially on Nick's side as every indication seems to be they indulge his worst proclivities.

F. Scott Fitzgerald had Nick dead to rights in The Great Gatsby:

“They were careless people, Tom and Daisy- they smashed up things and creatures and then retreated back into their money or their vast carelessness or whatever it was that kept them together, and let other people clean up the mess they had made.”"

He destroys his house, his kids, his girlfriend, his car , Vic's case . . . and then back to the vast carelessness that unites him with his useless wife.

April said it was emotional abuse. Those were her words. Keanu read the fucking text verbatim. The lies are insane.

need to catch him in person while he is inhaling or he fucks up and records himself doing it on stream.
(To prove probation violation as an actual crime, of course, does require beyond a reasonable doubt, and I believe there may be some things that need what is called "clear and convincing," that is, more than a mere preponderance, that is, a 51% possibility, but less than beyond a reasonable doubt.
In this case, in Minnesota, they don't need a general rule. Possessing inhalants with intent to use them is explicitly a crime under statute. Nick is a criminal.

The thing about this situation is that Nick is an addict and addicts never ever smart about their drug use, otherwise they wouldn't be addicts. Nick will be stupid enough to get caught inhaling Nitrous on stream, we saw something that really looks like he was but not full on in camera frame video of him doing it. Being an addict he won't learn from that close call so therefore given sufficient time Nick will be careless enough to be caught doing it.

I think violating your probation using something that the police can't even test for simply because you were too stupid to cover your tracks and got caught doing it on stream is poetic.
This is like van Gogh painting levels of sheer unadulterated sadness. Edvard Munch even.
The funniest part about that picture to me is you can see in it that Nick is trying really hard by controlling his expression to make it look like he is not sad, unhappy and disheveled. But even with that he still looks like a crackhead.

Honestly this works for me. People ask me why I'm upbeat, and I reply that happy is a choice. When I start feeling down, I just decide to feel happy, and I do. This is not to say depression doesn't exist, but it's a phenomena I cannot contemplate. I only see people stuck in a depressed state and my only advise is to be happy. /shrugs/

[EDIT to add]: I have people accuse me of being closet depressed, or of being in denial, but I don't think so. I can keep a constellation of terrible facts in mind, and I'm well aware of the sad potentials of the human condition, but somehow I'm able to just turn the volume down on it, and smile. I might be a freak.
Nothing wrong with you, you're just not depressed. For people who have real chronic depression, not situational, it's like your personality and the depression are two separate entities. You may be a naturally bubbly person but the depression just crushes your soul. That's why when people get on meds that work they have the experience of becoming themselves again. Other people just have more gloomy personalities and that's not a mental illness, it's just the way they are. You sound like a naturally upbeat person who doesn't have mental illness, and that's awesome!

I just checked in and apparently just barely missed a glorious crashout stream. Where the hell is Nick's PO? Send this retard to jail for 20 years already.
Can a probation officer bounce him off to jail or somewhere similar for appearing intoxicated or does he have to fail a drug test?

Does this dipshit even look at the thumbnails before he posts? He literally looks like despair personified.

I saw that look in my grandfather's eyes.

Right before the end.
