I'm wondering if anyone knows. Regarding Rugieta confessing to hiding the cocaine bullet before he got searched. Is that a misdemeanor or a felony? That plus very obvious abusing of substances... but, doesn't matter if he's passing drug tests if he's openly confessing to crimes, thinking it would never get back to the PO/judge/police. He's made enough enemies that you'd think he'd have the fucking sense to stop showing/confessing to crimes on the internet.

) I seemed to have missed where Rekeita openly discusses having to ditch his coke bullet in his car with his daughter inside when he was pulled over the day of the arrest. Additionally his new admissions he hasn't been purely sober in ages means all those days riding the kids around he was intoxicated.

It's also worth noting that he was going out in the morning to drive his kid somewhere. The only reason he would need to bring drugs with him is if he intended to do them after dropping the child off wherever they were going. This gives more context to the reports that Nick was spotted by church members appearing erratic or drugged while driving and stepping out randomly of church service. The latter didn't seem to make much sense to be reported at all, but it's possible they suspected he was stepping out to get high before returning.

I think this admission falls into the unfortunate category of things that are technically illegal, but without more hard proof, the State wouldn't be interested in pursuing it. People say things for all sorts of reasons, and without the State at least possessing the coke bullet in question, Nick could claim this was just a story designed to make him look cool and have that be a reasonable defence. I agree that it's fucking stupid RE: the one-month prison term hanging over his head. It's astounding this guy was once a lawyer given how much he self-snitches for no gain.

I sure hope @Not Who You Think has put on their five-star speculation cap because during Nick's unhinged rant, A LOT of information was revealed about that marriage, and Kayla specifically.

Among those:

• Nick "couldn't" leave Kayla
• Kayla was planning to divorce Nick (funny, the thread has mostly ignored this pretty huge revelation, probably out of sheer exhaustion)
• Kayla knew Nick was "boning" April when she would leave the house with the kids
• Kayla and April were actively fighting
• Kayla's in-laws housed April
• The second Kayla said she still wanted the marriage to work, he dumped April (cue Nick's gratitude womb tattoo)

This all sounds like Nick was TERRIFIED Kayla would divorce him. Why would that be?

I'm mostly out of theories as to why. "Divorce rape" is too easy. Most of those assets are protected. My current hunch is that she was prepared to spill on his dosing his kid with cocaine. That would be life-ruining for him.
