The fighters can probably get out. The event is now changing radically enough that there is more than enough grounds to argue that the event no longer reflects the one they signed up for in the contract, and through no fault of their own, so they shouldn't be financially damaged for it or denied compensation for their work. That said, I imagine they'd just take the clean exit - it'd look kind of shit to demand money from a failed charity event, nobody wants to look like Anisa's husband back in CC2 keeping all the money from the poor planning. Better for most of them to just cut ties clean, call it a mistake, and make up the difference on ad revenue on content telling people about the shitshow.
CC could try to legally fight back, but it'd be practically optics suicide. The whole thing of influencer boxing is your going to see the influencer you like, or pirating it to watch the ones you hate. There's no way your audience will stay if the fighter they like wants out, even if you bully them into legal compliance, and that's outside the optics of a charity event accruing legal costs against the charity earnings to force people to unwillingly box.
