Queer doesn't mean anything anymore. They build up a strawman, point to it, and say "Society demands we be this".
If the expectations for what is a "woman" is that she is thin, then by not being thin you are "gender non-conforming" and therefore not really a woman, so any relationship you get in will be a "queer" relationship because you yourself are "queer".
If the strawman is straight, then if you are bisexual/pansexual/whatever (or your partner is) then you're "queer".
It doesn't matter if you are a female with a male, if either of you claims you don't meet the gender standard you've made up in your own head, then you're queer.
