It's not even that. He said in his notice he has "got" the police involved, but his "evidence" shows nothing of police involvement, just that he told someone he "has to" file restraining orders and "[is] getting" police involved. Classic.
This is the third time he has claimed he is getting the Police involved. We have evidence now of at least 2 prior times he attempted to do so against null. For things like public records requests. Rate me optimistic, but neither of the Judges can be real happy about this.
There's good reason to mock the types who are like "I'm an ideas guy, give me money for this investment". However there's nothing illegal about making that kind of pitch to investors or real estate agents. They're compatible with IFP pleadings, and it's how Russ has constantly "explained" himself to this court when the topic comes up.
Greer could try to tackle Hardin in the court room and the judge would say it's excusable because Greer was just confused about court room procedures due to his ProSe status and the defense should stop making a big deal about it.
But at the hearing, the judge was extremely mildly miffed with Russ! He's denied a few competely retarded motions from him! He once again blustered with no actual punishment for Greer to pay his fees and get that RO copy to Hardin in two more weeks! Surely this time!!!!

I actually do agree to an extent, I think Rat Mouth's recent droolings are so egregious and numerous, we're more likely than at any other point to see some actual pushback from the court, but at the same time I'm expecting it to be complete soft-blows ala reducing Hardin's very generous $5,000 amount to $1,000, and I would not be suprised at all if everything just gets hand waved away. But thinking that the Tard shield is down, or that it can't regenerate quickly, and the Russell is DONE FOR? Nah
