As a side note to this thread, I really feel this guy. Between student loans (a professional degree isn't cheap), the 2008 crash, the damage done to the economy during COVID, and the post-COVID inflation, I know exactly what he means. I never thought I'd be this far along with so very little to show for it.
the thing that separates this man from a lolcow is being honest about his situation, recognizing where he fucked up, and taking responsibility for it. this is the go-to example for me now of someone who easily could be a lolcow, if only they had that special lolcow gene.

I love how after hammering out 4 paragraphs of calling Greer everything from an extortionate criminal to a frivolous retard, he signs it off with this.

How professional. Greer may be acting like a retard and a malicious cunt, but that's no excuse to be rude!

Slightly off-topic from legal case in general, I apologize, but Hardin’s various documents have been a delight to read during this whole crazy ride. I’m not sure if he is a drinking man, but I would certainly buy him a decent bottle of scotch if the situation ever arose. He has consistently entertained me, his dry wit and constant civil attitude has given me more than a few chuckles.

I know that no one in this thread, or the farms in general, is reaching out to the realtor, but on the off chance that someone is, please knock it off. Even if you think you are helping in some way, it really doesn’t help anyone. Greer will destroy himself with his own idiocy, and the poor schmuck in rural Nevada has most likely already learned of his mistake.

This is marked moderator's eyes only because we don't need pink triangles launching frivolous investigations into our memes.

I'd guess that the one-sided convo with the realtor consisted of the realtor receiving information that led him to finding out that Russ is indeed an invasive and troubling clusterfuck.

Much like the Winnemucca council meeting, the realtor probably politely but firmly told Russ that he's not interested at this time, and good luck in your future endeavors.

Now Russ is trying to add the realtor to the ever expanding bullshit list of "victims" of the evil Kiwi Farms, simply to further his plight narrative. If Russ starts feeling he isn't enough of a "victim", he latches on to other people whether they want it or not, and adds them to the bogus victim list. He's been doing this shit since page 1 of the main thread.

That is a very usual screenshot. Heavily cropped. No date, no time, no recipient, one could have easily made a draft text message to no one in particular and had that exact screenshot. . . .

The entire thing is weird. In the notice, the exhibit is presented as though it's evidence of the fact that Russ has already involved the police. Yes the phrasing "has got" is odd, but after Greer "had Ben done moving", this isn't particularly egregious. However, the exhibit attached is labeled as conversations with a third party that is clearly not law enforcement and even if we accept that as truthful, Greer only claims that he's going to get the police involved, not that they have been ("has Ben got"?) involved.

This would hardly be the only big game that Greer has talked without backing it up, but we do know from the complaint he filed with the police in Florida several years ago that he's capable of doing it, so I think the question ought to be why hasn't he done so in this case instead of just threatening to do it? I wonder if he recently tried to (either in this case or because some whore told him to fuck off) and received a lecture on wasting police time with false reports. If some officer told him to knock it off or he'd be the one getting charged, I think Greer might be hesitant about actually calling them again to dump his plights on them for fear that he will get in trouble.

If Russ starts feeling he isn't enough of a "victim", he latches on to other people whether they want it or not, and adds them to the bogus victim list.

I think you're generally correct with respect to Greer's intent, but I will give him some (and more than he deserves) benefit of doubt as to the inclusion of these in his legal filings. He clearly wants people to stay out of what he considers his personal life even though he's clearly acting in a way that makes it open to the public. Greer may be trying to show the same courtesy to who I'm going to presume to be Mr. Huber. I think he really just wanted someone else to tell that he was totally going to police so that he could include it as an exhibit in his plightsperging filings.

Not that it really matters as the judge is going to have to do his best to ignore all of this because acknowledging any of Greer's lunacy makes it a lot harder to tard guard him.

It continues to be utterly wild how much Greer tells on himself while remaining blissfully -- or should I say miserably -- un-self-aware.

It's not discovery, it's requesting public records, that are public, that literally anyone can request at any time for any reason or no reason.

Anyway, both of these were evidently submitted to the clerk on Friday, and they have the green stamps on them. Then on Saturday he sent in the freakouts about U-Haul and stimmy payments and all that jazz.

Also, plaintiff regrets filing that Tennessee lawsuit and actually abandoned the lawsuit because he realized how bad it looked and how focusing on that was destroying his mental state and that he needed to focus on the main culprits for why his life was in shambles: Kiwi Farms and Moon.
Yeah, that's the reason. What a bamboon! :story:
So if Mr. Hardin isn’t doing discovery (by Mr.
Hardin’s own admission) and is just randomly emailing people with false accusations of fraud,
then that’s a criminal offense of stalking.
The criminally convicted harasser of women doesn't understand how stalking works. :story:

"an emergency had been created"
Great passive voice. You were most certainly not responsible for setting up a meeting with the City and creating the "emergency."

Also, didn't the City Council staff say something to the effect of, "I don't know why he showed up; I told him we weren't interested"?

Greer could try to tackle Hardin in the court room and the judge would say it's excusable because Greer was just confused about court room procedures due to his ProSe status and the defense should stop making a big deal about it.

From what I recall, he was scolded by a judge in one of his previous cases for using the phrase 'blood on the floor' in a facebook post about the case or something. Part of me hopes he actually does make some reference to violence, since it seems like courts have a lot less leniency for that kind of thing when it's in their yard.

Who Mr. Greer? His boss? His connections in relation to Mr.Greer's land acquisitions? The city hall?
And if it were "Kiwifarmers", has anyone posted on the site? Bragged? Showed evidence?

Ah yes Mr.Greer, the singular entity known as Mr or Ms Kiwifarms needs to stop their individual actions.

It continues to astound me that supposed Paralegal Mr.Greer thinks this is an acceptable form of evidence.
