Ever heard the story of the funniest joke ever written? Well, Greers filings are very similar. All the clerks that tried to file his stuff could not help but read them and promptly dropped dead. May 23 was a Friday before a big 3 day weekend (Memorial Day weekend in the US). He sends these directly to the clerk, who likely had taken off, as many do to maximize the holiday.

The clerk isn't a creepy stalker waiting to pounce on every Greer email.

It feels like the judge isn't even reading most of Russhole's filings.

what this lawsuit, and all of his other endeavors, be it music, celebrity lovequests, brothel kingdoms, etc, represents is russell greer’s refusal to realize that he ruined his own life. his outcome would have been the same or worse had he never been a feature of the internet. that’s russell’s true beef.

edit: russell just can’t face the fact that without his internet popularity, however negative, he would be even worse off. he only has the noterietay he has because of all the negative attention, and he just wants to magically make all of it positive. the court, in his weak little mind, is his way of doing that. purely because he can’t undo everything he’s ever done.

No, he begged for more time (or alternatively, for the court to make Hardin pay for the copies), and Hardin was all, "Ha ha ha ha ha, go ahead and let him have another couple of weeks." Deadline is June 3rd now. Hardin has to update the court by June 10th.
