The crime belongs to the nigger, but Checkers shouldn't be off the hook entirely. That nigger wouldn't have been there waiting to end any customer's life on the wrong night if Checkers had slightly more rigorous hiring practices. If I was the family I would sue. It is the responsibility of a business to have a safe environment for their customers.
I've had those on while I'm working. I've looked up and been horrified seeing a white zoomer who "sounded" black.
You be suprised on how many white groups or mixed groups that that the sound better than the blacks in the music industry.

The irony is, even if all these genre have black origins, they reached their peak in the hands of whit artists. The blues? Reached it peak with white rock groups like Zeppelin or The Rolling Stones or Johnny Winter to various degrees. Jazz? Reached its peak when it was folded into rock to produce progressive rock, which was dominated by groups like Yes or Pink Floyd (a band named after two black guys). Rap? The man most commonly heralded as the peak of the genre is Eminem. R&B? There was an entire genre rebrand when white people played it: blue-eyed soul, up until disco’s death killed the concept.
