Even if there's not an arrest to show up on the jail roster, any PO activity with KCSO or MHP escorts at the scene could end up leaving some chatter on three pertinent frequencies that are streamed live here:

You can get pills marketed as sleeping pills etc, but really it's just a double dose of Benadryl. If you want the good stuff, you need a prescription.

Having tried most of them, I recommend eliminating all caffeine and engaging in the hardest physical labor you can stand during the day, then removing all distractions from from the bedroom except for white noise before sleeping. Sleeping pills suck, have horrible side effects, and give you wicked hangovers, even the double-dose of Benadryl.
