I think they did some kind of irl streaming a couple of years ago. What I remember about it is the Jomhas going to a weird dark store in Seattle iirc. I'm not sure how it went though, I wasn't really paying attention at the time. One thing for sure it was also boring. I do remember it being discussed here

Palladium is a decent venue. Smaller shows and events are held there too, but it usually gets filled pretty quickly. I’ve rarely tried to go to a show there that’s been cancelled. Despite Hollywood being shit and not being a hotspot for nightlife in a long time— three decades at this point, save the Bowl or the Greek, maybe Academy if you’re an ecstacy fan—it’s near public transit and plenty of Ubers.

The sad thing is, despite the smaller venue, it’s very reputable and well kept/a good vibe (their language, sorry,) so I doubt, unless it’s mid-week, they’ll be able to fill it in a meaningful way.

I have no idea how they’ll set up a proper boxing ring without spending a lot of money to make it seem professional, plus plenty of (especially local) acts could fill it up. It’s standing room only, with a very small smoking area outside.

tl;dr Venue’s still too nice, banking on it not happening. They’d have better luck filling it with local bands, or scuzzfucks from Australia :story:
 
I'm watching the video and Arin and the chick just made a distinction between "stepped BACK" and "stepped DOWN"

I feel like Ian and Anisa "stepped back" at first and for some reason (terrible social skills and also not giving a fuck or having any business acumen) did not clarify what they meant to the other stakeholders and then very recently were like "ohhh we MEANT that we would fully step DOWN! I thought you guys knew what we meant???"

Why wouldn't idubbbz promote his event if he gets a cut of the profits???? Just spam tweet it every day, or pay dexerto to make a post every now and then, or DO SOMETHING???? It's not that difficult bro. And then he steers the event straight into the most toxic internet drama and gets completely dropped?????? Does he actually have CTE???? All you had to do was advertise the event and secure your bag, like seriously. BRO YOU'RE NOT EVEN FIGHTING YOU LITERALLY HAVE 1 (ONE) SINGLE JOB AND THAT IS TO PROMOTE THE EVENT.
 
Good on LA Beast for dropping he is literally one of the only content creators I can stand he did not deserve to be drug through the mud. Hope he gets booked in another event he's very talented.

It sounds like CC3 was shaping up to be a financial disaster for the Johmas and Arin bailed them out. They aired a lot of the dirty laundry coming just short of throwing Anus and the raped under the bus.

This is clearly part of why they didn't give a fuck about promoting the event or making it successful at all. No matter what they get a chunk of change as long as the event happens. If they only had like a 5 or 10% stake they would (in theory) have motivation to make the event more successful so they could get a nice take home on top of a basic salary for "running" the thing.
