Unofficially:
5. The time he woke up in the middle of the night, half his body numb, and then went back to sleep after a half hour.
6. The time he went to the ER, got pissy that he had to wait and all the nurse would give him before a doctor came was Tylenol, and left without seeing the doctor.

I keep on saying, his next is going to be Biblical.

They are. He's had at least four though. I'm pretty sure there was a fifth one but I'm not sure if it was ever confirmed or not.

There is a theory that he had another stroke during the Mario movie. In his review of it, he says he "got sick" and had to leave partway through the movie. He was also completely silent on social media for several days after seeing it.

Considering TIAs are usually a warning sign of a stroke and he's already had more than a few of the real ones, it wouldn't shock me if he has had upwards of a dozen TIAs in his life during the periods between each stroke.

Jack being Jack ignores every sign his body gives him that something is wrong and that it needs to be fixed.

That time was upset that they wanted to treat his hypertension, said his blood pressure was only high because of their poor customer service, and then posted a few times about how he didn't want to pay the bills because he didn't understand/didn't like the wording.
