Hank would never leave Arlen.

Nancy and redcorn was a borderline gross part of the original show, like it felt like someone's weird cuckold fetish shoved in and made a continuous plot point and I really wish she had fucking died or something. I am very sad to see hints that they've went back to all that.
Just like Peggy's feet.
Nancy and Redcorn was the "joke" that overstayed its welcome very quick.

I wish they wrote out Bobby. The only time I liked him as a character was in the really early episodes were he was basically a deadpan weird kid. It sounds like they made him even more of a central character which blows. At least I haven't seen anything about Luanne and Lucky.

Peggy isn't a feminist, unless there was something in the late seasons I'm not remembering.
Apart from that run in with the punk rock dyke in Peggy's Turtle Song and disliking being in the "bitch seat" on the motorcycle she hasn't flirted with it. I think she even cracks jokes about feminism. She strikes me as the type of conservatard woman who's really into Megyn Kelly and calls democrat men pussies.

Set to release August 4th.

“After years working a propane job in Saudi Arabia to earn their retirement nest egg, Hank and Peggy Hill return to a changed Arlen, Texas to reconnect with old friends Dale, Boomhauer and Bill. Meanwhile, Bobby is living his dream as a chef in Dallas and enjoying his 20s with his former classmates Connie, Joseph and Chane.”
I'm looking forward to it. It does look promising and I really liked the B&B revival, so I won't judge until it comes out rather then indulge in mindless outrage culture.
My best guess based on the original intended finale in Season 11, Mike Judge is probably going to re-retcon many of the events that occurred in the later seasons since his creative output in the show dwindled after season 5. Hopefully that includes Cottons urns being flushed down a toilet.
And trades guys going overseas (Russia, Saudia Arabia, etc.) is pretty common, even for guys cut from the cloth of Hank. Money seems to be a motivating factor and those jobs tend to pay well.
Yep, it is. My great grandfathers brother relocated for a few years down to an oil rig in Mexico in the 1910's on behalf of the company he worked for.
they even have Americanized suburbs built specifically for overseas workers like Hank Hill in Saudi Arabia

It was a funny joke to have the conspiracy theorist unable to deduce the obvious, but more importantly, it added a very interesting dynamic to the show that really helped build its characters. The main takeaway from that plot line for me is how much of a great father Dale is. The man unintentionally cucked Redcorn out of having any real relationship with his son, and turned out to be a better father than he ever could be.

Usually I would hate cuck plot lines as they are basically just a humiliation ritual, but given Dale doesn’t know and how well written it is, Dale ends up being the better man in the end. Really love his relationship to Joseph, easily one of his best attributes.

This vid explains it well:

Joseph is going to get into alpha male YouTube videos
Would genuinely be a funny plot line. Joseph sees Dale as his true father, would be funny to have him get into MGTOW, don’t be a cuck / “raise another man’s kid” videos. Either it would make for good drama or be a funny bit of irony.

Well she is a teacher, did the degenerate feet stuff, is incredibly narcissistic and has a history of drugging people with HRT so being a feminist would be rather on par for that particular course

Small wonder she hasn't been involved in any troon clubs and providing HRT under the table to students in current year

imo i don't think this will work, or it will work just as a fanfic au. rugrats all growed up was a better premise and respected the character fundamentals and was still mostly shit, particularly since it appealed to an entirely different audience.

im not a mega king of the hill stan, but every single staggered episode i saw had a relationship between bobbie and connie. why the fuck is bobbie now with some rando bitch? a surprising amount of the series had side plots of bobbie bonding with connie, kiddie relationship drama, and hank and kahn going from something like homer and ned to something like friendly rivals. it was fully setup for bobbie and connie to get together and have culture clashes/understanding etc. they can challenge each other and grow from it. if you have to have politishit in the show they'd also make a great vehicle for conservative/liberal values clashing and melding, maybe you have connie learn rioting is retarded and bobbie make fun of andrew tate. have covid be a thing but be vastly overstated and not worth destroying small businesses and family events etc. make fun of "global warming will kill us all by (x *subject to change)." as was stated earlier, dale and nancy had their arc about fixing their shit and problems, having her just jump redcorn is dumb and lazy.

it seems like they explicitly just want nostalgia from the most casual audience possible that watched like 3 season 1 episodes and can go "haha yep shes still cheating on him" "oh wow i didnt know bobby liked anyone at all he has kid???" not respectful to long time viewers or plot development or actually exploring a continuation of koth. similar to the simpsons episodes "adult bart" etc shit where there's like 50 different versions done throughout the series and then they just stuck with making him a druggie that blames homer for everything.

i guess they just want a cash grab like fuller house instead of something like (forgive weeb reference easiest one i know of) naruto - naruto: shippuden where the characters age but everything still follows continuity closely. at best it's a collossal waste of potential and possible fan service/callbacks

I think you're on the wrong site. Your post sounds like something a 16 year old /pol/fag would say. Just buzzword filled doomer nonsense.

This has a higher chance to be good than bad considering Mike Judge is fully involved, he's a great writer and based on the most recent shows i've seen him write for, Silicon Valley and Beavis/Butthead reboot, he still has the magic. I'm cautiously optimistic.
"Doomer nonsense" is cope. I am just being realistic. I am always happy to be wrong about shit. That is why I am negative. If I am right, then I am happy knowing I was right. If I am wrong, then I am happy I was wrong. That is my win-win, positive polly cope.

So wait, if you're not really into the show then why are you opinionated on this idea? Because Bobby and Connie broke up multiple times throughout the original run of the show. And Bobby has had other crush/love interests throughout the series where he was trying to get with girls who ultimately were just using him.
And in one of the leaked storyboards for the revival, Connie and Bobby are in his room together making out and/or sex.

Kid, be real, were you even born when this show was cancelled? You're acting like Hank was this white supremacist when he never was. Half of Hank's coworkers are black (Chris Tucker's character Roger Sack, OG Donna), hispanic (Enrique, Maria) or females (Maria, Donna, Melinda), he lives next to an Asian couple and has encouraged Bobby to see Connie when Khan forbade it, and his best friend's wife was cheating on him with John Redcorn and he never brought it up to him and kept it secret when he and Peggy found out.

LOL never thought of it that way. Peggy being a feminist has never made sense to me though because she's so full of herself. She's not just a woman, she's *Peggy Hill*.
yeah sorta like smithers back in the day being gay or burns-sexual
she's not a feminist, she's a Peggy-ist

but yeah normally I would have written this off as shit but Judge got two at-worst okay revivals out of Beavis and Butthead

I hope they never even mention trump. There's just no way they can talk about him in a way that isn't fucking stupid.
I read somewhere that they want to avoid politics and focus more on cultural differences. So maybe they'll be able to avoid Trump and political nonsense for this revival. If they did include Trump jokes they should be character driven instead of ham-fisted commentary on his politics. Have Hank say he didn't vote for Trump because he likes his steaks well done and with ketchup or he didn't vote for him because he's from New York. Have Dale support him because the election was stolen by The Beast and the Deep State, but you would have known that if you listened to His and Octavios podcast. You get my point: use Trump as a jumping off point for the characters to make jokes making fun of the characters personal flaws and characterization.

For anyone who doesn't know. They released info a while back stating that Bobby runs a Japanese restaurant where they use charcoal to grill this, and was struggling with a relationship with a city girl.
I knew about the charcoal but not the failing relationship. I know from leaked animation stills that Hank and Peggy catch Bobby and Connie in bed sans clothes so it looks like Bobby is rekindling his relationship with Connie.

Edit: Pun not intended.

Danny Trejo's character. He has experience from picking up that sandwich for Hank that one time.
I hate to go "Acktually" but Octavio was voiced by Mike Judge not Danny Trejo. Although that's going to be another character recast because Judge is Caucasian instead of Latino even though he was born in Ecuador.

>Electrical pole removed
Is that something thats happening?
A lot of areas actually are investing in moving power lines underground. It is usually consider somewhat more efficient and removes the risks of outages compared to the traditional utility pole. If a municipality can find the money for it it is usually a targeted project.

The intro doesn't look bad. The animation seems a little off to me though particularly in their movements.

but every single staggered episode i saw had a relationship between bobbie and connie
Bobby and Connie were together for a few seasons and then broke up. There were a couple episodes that revisited that idea but it was hardly a series mainstay. There are like 20 different episodes where Bobby has a new crush and does some dumb shit to impress her.

I'm skeptical of this new series's quality but the retards posting "THEY'LL PROBABLY MAKE BILL A TRANNY AND HANK WILL SUCK A BLACK COCK WHILE TELLING YOU TO VOTE FOR KAMALA" need to go back to your muttposting and BLACKED threads. It'll be inoffensively boring at worst. Mike Judge is friends with fucking Alex Jones for Lord's sake.
