Or communing with ceiling cats. The legal process would be improved if all decisions were made by divining the signs of flocks of birds or funny looking clouds.

8 year old, actually. Turned 9 on the day of the arrest. Happy birthday! Jesus wept.he's been in news articles as the guy whose six year old tested positive for coke.
Literally the first thing on the bodycam footage after they breach is a "scared child." That is after a clearly coached kid told the cops their daddy had told them not to answer the door. It's not worth thinking about now, given it almost looks like a red herring to distract from the now confirmed neglect (and even more possible) abuse of his children.
Court's closed due to AIDS.Could we get a poll up on why the county is obstructing the release?
My perspective is informed on the belief that he is a con man. I think he demonstrated that very well up until the passions cracked his veneer and showed him to be an audacious liar. The reason he insists on always taking people into DM's to discuss matters privately is because he's excellent at manipulating people. I think that also translates into real life where, when he needs to, he can project a facsimile of a downtrodden but mentally put-together man. From the perspective of the cops arresting him at his worst he was a prissy gay little moron who more or less cooperated with them. Cops have to deal with niggas trying to kill them. Nick's likely a breathe of fresh nitrous for them is what I'm ultimately getting at.Did you read the body cam transcript?
This wanna be lawyer tried to argue about probable cause, after being presented a warrant.
He is neither smart nor charismatic.
Again why should we give the cops the benefit of the doubt?
Nick is an antagonistic criminal that is being treated like a remorseful one, and for what?
For being a first time offender?
Nick reminds me of failson Rye Gerhardt from Fargo Season 2.With all this talk of small town corruption and cover up, I realized, I know how this all ends.

Rekieta is the one who is about to accidentally blow the cover on Kandyohi, that's why they're all willing to run defense for this cokehead.
They had so many other things to charge him with that it would have been a hat on a hat at that point. Why doesn't Nick have a DUI charge? Did they not test his blood after finding a pile of cocaine and other drugs in his bedroom? Nick was driving, and there's no way he was sober.
No, he's shitty at manipulating people, at least at this point. Maybe he USED to be excellent at that. Most people recognize the "only talk to me in DMs" as obvious sociopathic manipulation at this point. It's the ultimate red button. The instant someone does that, you can tell they're just fucking with you.The reason he insists on always taking people into DM's to discuss matters privately is because he's excellent at manipulating people.
JOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSH!With all this talk of small town corruption and cover up, I realized, I know how this all ends.

The system may just not know what the fuck to do with him. They probably weighed the cost of putting all those kids in foster care and how much worse it would make things for them. But it's at a point where the extended family really needs to take these kids in, even if it means splitting them up. I don't know how you see your grandkids/nieces/nephews in filth with their crackhead parents fucking another couple and think 'this is a situation they should return to'.Did you read the body cam transcript?

@FaranFronczakTV tell usThis is where my thinking is at now. Most speculation comes down to genuine shots in the dark, now that the county's reputation just took a major hit at the mere suggestion of corruption alone and their willingness to fight this case.
It's not worth thinking about now, given it almost looks like a red herring to distract from the now confirmed neglect (and even more possible) abuse of his children.
-And what DID she mean by this?

Either that or Nick has been stealing the meds. Either seem equally likely to me at this point. Not sure what the consensus is, but seeing as the Mom's medicine was right next to the drugs, she had to know something was up. Really think the Scandinavian prudes did a lot to expose what was going on in Casa Rackets but mommy and daddy didn't seem to give a shit (least that's my impression)
And that is the irony of it because pinning the kitchen sink to an offender guarantees leverage. Rekieta has been treated with a degree of kid gloves, or lack of understanding of his genuine depravity. I am sure that will change very soon though. A team lawyers involved and their searchlights will catch the giant rat as he scuttles. They had so many other things to charge him with that it would have been a hat on a hat at that point.
Well, Null did drop Hardin's motion to intervene last night.Instead of basking in his "victory" and getting a good night's rest. The faggot was up all night seething. Lmao
Yeah, I agree. If she wants to drop what she has, she should drop it.
What she is currently doing is beyond cringe.
It's just REALLY fucking weird (but not funny) that the County Attorney... the ACTUAL County Attorney... and not an ACA, would go through the effort of filing that motion at the 11th hour, first thing in the morning.Releasing it would have actually made the county look good (so far as I can tell cop behavior has been entirely by the book and circumspect despite Nick's yowling). Now the previously impeccable reputation of the county (at least in this case) has a lot of people thinking they look corrupt as fuck. I'm personally not going down that road, despite Minnesota's less than excellent track record, but while it may not be corrupt, it LOOKS that way.
I think a lot of people were hoping (in vain) that the arrest would be a massive wakeup call for Nick. Not even for his sake, but for the sake of his children. In everything he said immediately after however, he's made it crystal clear that he doesn't actually believe he has done anything wrong. You must be a kind soul to have had any hope that he'd reform after his arrest. To many of us it was pretty clear well before then that his pattern of behavior is completely fixed to being a malicious, lying, obstinate asshole who worships himself as a god.
