I've seen things like this around. Apparently they're kind of popular among Eastern internet users these days. However, they're normally just made by individuals for themselves only, not in large amounts like this for possible distribution. I don't know much about them or what they're made out of, but they're typically made to depict fetishistic things like morbid obesity or giant tits and the like. He's probably the first person I've witnessed to do it for this fetish specifically.
