Actor Jonathan Joss — best known for his voice work on the iconic animated TV comedy “King of Hill” was shot dead by a neighbor in Texas, according to a report.

Joss, who voiced “John Redcorn” on the long-running cartoon, got into a argument with the neighbor at his home in San Antonio Sunday night when the neighbor pulled out a gun and shot him several times, according to police.

The unnamed gunman then fled the scene in a vehicle but was arrested by police just a block from the residence.

I guess the reason people pushed him away were the drugs and/or pooner.
It really is this simple, and that is likely the reason. Unless you've dealt with something like this firsthand it really doesn't "click". There is the pervasive romanticization about drug addicts being downtrodden people who just needed a handout that never came, "how come none of (D-list celebrity)'s so-called FAMOUS friends helped him/her?" Well, they probably did try to help, but people who are strung out and addicted to meth and shit like that are pretty much beyond help. You can't just give them a stack of cash so they can pay their rent and bills because, guess what, none of that money will go to those things. They will spend every cent of it on drugs. Guaranteed. "Oh but this will be different." No, no it won't. It is never different. It plays out like this every single time.

People who are close to addicts either by blood or because they are long-time friends do try to help, but addicts are shitty and twisted people whose lives have fallen apart because they made the decision to fuck everything up and they consistently refuse to make the one smart move - get fucking clean - that will go a long way toward making things right again. We do try to help addicts, and they either throw it back in our faces or take advantage of our goodwill and that's why something like this happens every single time. I've had to cut people out of my life that I'd known for literal decades because they simply did not want to be helped in a way that would actually benefit them, they just wanted to be helped so long as "be helped" meant "help me get my next fix".

There is a very good reason someone as noteworthy as Joss had ZERO people who were willing to help him. There's a reason he was intentionally excluded from the convention panel mentioned earlier in this thread. There's a reason why his house caught fire multiple times. There's a reason why his neighbors fucking hated him. And there's a reason why he lived in one of the shittiest parts of San Antonio. He burned every bridge he ever had. That's why.

That is how the pet died lmao.
That’s how it’s believed it died, has there been proof yet that the fire was due to the indoor bbq being lit, as is believed?
I don’t normally state as fact that which I do not know is fact.

There is a video on the prior page showing him starting house fires like a retard.
Any proof that the pet in question died in those specific fires?
I was under the impression that there was a big one that was the one that killed the dogs, and that it happened while they weren’t at home.

I already see the people on twitter blaming evil white men for this homophobic crime. This guy is gonna get Zimmermaned so hard.

The sad eyes of a man whose wife decides to grow a beard

Every man I've seen who settled for a pooner looked like he was made of pure soy. Joss settling for one is unexpected, but it looks like he was deranged himself.
They got married in February of this year. It's not like he lost his beloved high school sweetheart to poonery. He bought in on a poon well under way before he ever arrived.

Timing of the marriage relative to the house fire and the shooting is intriguing.
Wait....so the pooner claims to have been amish and jewish? How the fuck does that happen?

That one clearly went batshit after getting molested by some inbred amish family members and trooning out is her looney way of dealing with it
I doubt to an extreme she was ever Jewish, and I know with utter certainty she was never Amish. Her family are easily findable (I won't be linking because as far as I could determine none of them retain ties with her and they don't deserve to be dragged into her insanity.) She grew up in small town South Carolina with a very normal appearing middle class mom, dad, and baby sister.

It’s already working. Several YouTube comments sections are filled with people calling it a hate crime and blaming Trump Supporters.

The demand for hate crimes exceeds the supply. These people live in a constant state of existential panic and are always grasping around for a "real" event to use to justify their anxiety and general uselessness.

That’s how it’s believed it died, has there been proof yet that the fire was due to the indoor bbq being lit, as is believed?

Article from January about the fire:

Joss said he and his partner had lit a barbecue grill inside the house for warmth and to "make some Abuelita" Mexican hot chocolate earlier Thursday, but were sure they extinguished it before leaving at noon to get lunch and pick up supplies to clean the home.
Fire crews reportedly responded to the home in the 200 block of Dorsey Drive around 1 p.m. Thursday. By the time Joss and his partner returned just before 2 p.m., the uninsured residence was a smoldering loss.

"I told them it was my fault," Joss said. "Very easily it could have started because of my stupidity."

"They were sure they extinguished it" = they were on drugs and did not extinguish it.

Another article, linked in the excerpt above. Confirms it was a propane heater and admits he probably left it on:

Joss said he left the house to go eat earlier on Thursday and thought he had turned everything off. He said he had been using a propane heater in the home for warmth.
“Mistakes happen, man. And it’s my fault for, I guess, leaving something on,” Joss said. “Or if somebody came in and did something, who knows?”

Love that if you even imply that this was anything but a hate-crime in the King of the Hill subreddit, you will be downvoted into oblivion and likely banned. Hell, everywhere this story is being shared on reddit, the same thing is happening.

They're completely glossing over the fact that Johnathan was and has been an erratic, mentally ill drug addict for the better part of a decade. He didn't deserve what he got, but it's about 99% the reason things ended the way they did.

It's an extremely sad story all around, but to try and label him as some sort of martyr just to push a conveniently timed pride month narrative is genuinely abhorrent behaviour.

The Jannies are aware it's fucking fake and have been trying to delete the gay bait threads.
