Is he talking about Pxie filing her Initial Disclosures, or is he saying his team accidentally filed his Initial Disclosures publicly? I don't remember ever seeing them and I assume we would have caught it.
This has already been answered but yes, Lav was initially named by Destiny as someone who might have information relevant to the case. The reason this is important is because Destiny also said he wants someone to kill Lav. Since then, he has repeatedly freaked out at Pxie's lawyers bringing that quote up because it's "random" and the people he threatened have "nothing to do with the case". He is the one that brought Lav into the case, and he knows JSTLK has been in contact with Pxie's lawyers.
Lav publicly accused Destiny of fucking Pxie years ago (Pxie lied and denied it. Almost like she didn't want people to know about it!), but she also told Destiny she didn't want any of his sex videos when he offered, so I'm not sure what other info she would have that would help Destiny unless he named her just to fuck with her.
The judge agreeing with his argument seems dangerous.
To be fair, I would expect the judge to challenge/question both sets of lawyers. They're making arguments and it's his job to consider possible counters and shit. Also, I seen someone say that the judge was considering the sharing thing from a malice point of view, not a consent one. I listened to 5 minutes of Darius' stream and the guy said Destiny took the stand and said he went back and checked his DMs with Abby and never sent her the video of Pxie or Chaeiry. She must have totally invented those 2 specific orbiters a year before anything leaked!
Also important note for footsies: Destiny only met Abby
after the law came into place, so the technicality he's been relying on is impossible in this instance.
Realistically it's probably better if the injunction gets denied because Destiny seething and spiralling about the case is very funny. As long as the case keeps going ahead (despite Destiny constantly saying for months it's about to get tossed), the main thing is the jury, not the judge. If this makes it to trial it's a total crapshoot, and essentially boils down to if the jury believes the almost 40 year old man sending sex tapes to teenagers is a weirdo, or if Pxie is a retarded whore who deserved it. If they amend the complaint to include a bunch of other women it'll be a lot harder to convince a jury that they all deserved it.
To be fair there might be a lot of people who have very little knowledge of any of this. Everyone who regularly posts in this thread are all high information voters, but there are a lot of people who don't care and aren't even interested enough to pay attention.
Yeah, you're right. It's very weird to me how little coverage this whole thing is getting. The only people who actually know what's going on are regulars of the thread and the like 500 people that watch JSTLK's stream. All Destiny has to do is use the right tone of voice and his retarded footsoldiers will lap it up like the trained dogs they are.
Ryle uploaded JSTLK's VOD, genuinely very funny imo:
