This: I also suffered major loss and other family related tragedy back to back like the world's worst theme park ride, and I completely fucking lost my mind, got myself banned from BP, it wasn't graceful at all. I'm still not doing amazing but I'm in control of myself and I try really hard not to be obnoxious or derail threads for people. Fellow kiwis told me to get offline, told me that I was having an extremely obvious manic episode, and get help, and I did, I'm still getting psychological help and improving every day and trying my hardest to make my life better on my own terms. Everyone welcomed me back warmly. Not one singular person has used what was hurting me against me because I didn't continue shitting up the forum with maniac retardation. Hell when I was offline for a while people still said stuff about hoping I'm doing okay.

My point is, (well, to jack if he can even take 3 seconds to calm down and read this.) acknowledge you're doing unwell, and instead of continuing to do nothing about changing your life and shitting up a forum and the rest of your life, do literally anything to improve yourself. I mean anything, go to therapy AND get new hobbies both. Do more than one thing to try to seek dramatic change to stop being the worse versions of yourself. The way kiwifarms treats you is down to the way you treat yourself, treat others, and the forum around you.
