If Nick sues the county for showing the BodyCam footage won't the BodyCam footage also have to be entered into evidence as there has to be some evidence of what was shown?

Not necessarily. It would depend on what Nick would potentially sue the county for. But where it gets interesting is if Nick starts to make arguments over how he was damaged and the damages he is entitled to. If Nick makes a narrow case about how the county did wrong through its actions, it could probably say out of the case. But if Nick tries to make an argument in court about how he was emotionally damaged by people seeing the bodycam footage, then it likely has to come in along with things like the write-ups by the two women.

But it gets very tricky. The deeper Nick argues the damages side of the case, the more things are going to come into the case that are not going to be helpful to Nick. This is one of many things I don't think Nick understands.
