It exists in the US everywhere, and outbreaks occur when the weather is humid and spread when a critical mass of farmers are being dumb. Ebola and smallpox don't exist everywhere in the US - if they aren't brought in from the outside you will never have a spontaneous ebola or smallpox outbreak. You can have a spontaneous FHB outbreak anywhere if the weather is bad. The idea that you need to smuggle like six grains of infected wheat in from China to cause an outbreak is idiotic - if a band of saboteurs were planning such an operation, this would just be a very retarded way to bring attention to their plot. A real band of saboteurs would source the pathogen from within the US and would work in storage so they could inoculate seed grain.

We're pretty much both in agreement that there's a lot of good stuff in the bill ... But also absurd amounts of pork in it too. This was a pretty common criticism I had about Trump's first term, too.

If this is the only way that Trump can get his agenda to move forward, then there's still so much swamp to drain.

There is actually very limited amount of "pork" in it compared to a regular bill since reconciliation only allows you to do certain things.

If we do what Rand wants and do a non reconciliation bill which requires Schumer on board for 60 votes just so Rand can vote No to maintain his voting record or whatever his cope is it will contain 10x the "pork" at a minimum.

The fact is spending will never EVER be cut in a bill like this because the things that need to be cut will lose you votes like crazy. If Trump cuts anything for Boomers they will be psyop'd into a massive turnout rate by the MSM to vote blue. Never forget that 75% of the senators/house reps at a minimum are not on Trumps side.

Whatever bullshit that is in this bill aside it is probably the strongest immigration in 40 years at a minimum and actively fights against the current judicial overreach and about 50 other things and shit even the CBO now admits that yes it cuts spending. Even if Trump had +15 in the senate this exact fight would be happening because people do not want immigration stopped and people removed at scale which the bill funds in spades.
