Forgive my question if it’s stupid - but is there any mechanism to have this matter relisted before the magistrate/judge, or do the parties just have to wait for the magistrate/judge to decide to do something?

For context, in most Australian jurisdictions, parties have liberty to restore the matter for a mention before the magistrate/registrar/judge with two/three days notice, so shit can be dealt with. It seems so chaotic that the amount of filings and disputes can occur on a matter seemingly in perpetuity without any clue as to when it might be handled?! Seems so inefficient.
Sure, Hardin even asked that another hearing be held. But the judge is under no obligation to do it if he doesn't feel like it. The Judge does however have to respond to every motion that is properly before them. But there is no specific time frame for doing so. US Courts hate having deadlines put on them.

GREER ANNIHILATION

Do you think Greer sensed himself that it was too good to be true and because of that acted somewhat polite towards Hardin?
No, he probably thought Null/Hardin were afraid of what Russ would discover, since that’s his own reaction to discovery requests. He was being “nice” because he thought he had leverage and could use it to intimidate.

I think he's a retarded child who's asking his mother "Can we please go get ice cream?" after destroying the house in a tardrage because she turned off his favorite show.

Absolutely, it was a snotty little sneering "Would you like to do a meet and confer?" that in Greer's mind was equivalent to "How do YOU like it, BIIIIIIITCH?"

Discovery stay aside, is this even the proper vehicle to try and identify Russtard and Martelli?

As it's Greee we're talking about, I'm assuming not.

A subpoena to produce user information is fairly common and is infact the correct way to go about it. His timing was absolutely fucked though.

Also, as Null has pointed out MANY times, he only keeps limited information on us and most of it is only kept for a limited amount of time after your last login. So the only info available for the two dead accounts are the burner emails they used to sign up and I'm certain those have been posted somewhere in this thread before.

So basically Greee fucked around, wasted time he could've been using to comply with the order to produce the RO application, and will soon find out what consequences he'll face for being retarded.

I hope the district judge enjoys every moment of this idiocy. This all ends up on his plate just because he wanted to tard shield and not toss this shit out like it warrants.
I don't think judge Barlow has ruled on any motion to dismiss. If anyone is to blame is the Soviet-born jewess naturalized in California (because of course) sitting on the bench of the 10th circuit court of appeals who made a blatantly retarded and corrupt ruling that makes no fucking sense and was very open about her bias in the written decision.

Been almost a decade of just anonymously reading about Russell's antics and lolsuits, it was time to make an account.

First - thank you to U_M and the legal Kiwis who keep the updates coming in and lawsplain things.

Might not be useful, hence spoiler tag.

Someone mentioned Cynthia Hanson's thread recently, and after a speedrun of that wild ride, there was a post by Null that stood out to me. Cynthia fell victim to a literal Nigerian scammer, wouldn't listen to Kiwis trying to prove it to her, and Null made a point-by-point post full of research on the scammer.

Throw rainbows at this, but it seems to entirely counter Russell's ongoing insistence that every shred of KF should be nuked into orbit because - as he sees it - the sole purpose of the forum is to be the incarnate of evil.

Cynthia's thread is full of Kiwis giving solid advice to her - genuinely very good and pretty well-meaning advice - and Null himself stepped in when Cynthia was very obviously being scammed out of hundreds of dollars by a guy in Nigeria who had duped her into thinking he was offering business planning services.

She was scammed often over the years, and Kiwis stepped in every time to explain why and how it was a scam.

(Did Cynthia listen? I think you know the answer.)

Even if it's of little to no use, at least there's some small counter-weight out there to the endless bitching in Russell's filings about the Farms.

Bro almost everybody here can give you the full rundown why the farms are not evil, nobody ever listened to that.

Also in this case:
1. the court doesn't care
2. More importantly there is more or less no need since I do not think Bennet or Barlow are opposed to the farms or take Russels dribbel seriously, they just take the path of least resistance and try to not piss off the appeals court

The first time I read it my brain auto-corrected it to "null and void"

Generally after a year or two of being ignored by the court you might be able to get a Writ of Mandamus to get them to wake up, this case hasn't gotten that far yet.

The court in Stebbins v. Moon fucked off for like 9 months after making a "Shut up, both of you" order. Stebbins did file to compel the court to act but the Circuit Court(who it had to be appealed to) said basically, nah, nothing wrong with that yet.

Dude @Potentially Criminal what are you waiting for, man? A lot has happened! Clear up the past couple of weeks worth of shit, all hilarious in its own right, and then you'll be all caught up and fresh for next week, when Greer doesn't pay his sanction and when the new sanctions motion drops and when Hardin makes the official update on Greer's refusal to procure the Utah docs.
