I can't even think of one. A more logical complaint would be guys being weird/goofy or hot and nice, but I can't think of any cartoon from any era where men are mostly cheaters or sexual predators.
The closest you might have is Pepe Lepew as a predator but part of the joke was how oblivious he was - and more than a few of the cartoons ended in a reversal where the cat then pursued him.
There are similar concepts in Breezy from Adventure time and Roadside Attraction from Gravity Falls, but neither are a girls show plus both episodes are hated by the fanbase.
Mac needed someone to work with him to help him get back against Terrence. Bloo incites or used to incite Mac's desire to stand up for himself. But with no Terrence, Bloo is just a rebel without a cause or a literal pain in the ass. Terrence also doesn't pick on Mac as much cause he has an army of imaginary friends to fuck him up if need be.
