The closest you might have is Pepe Lepew as a predator but part of the joke was how oblivious he was - and more than a few of the cartoons ended in a reversal where the cat then pursued him.

Ironically the most recent "cheater" in animation would be Nancy Gribble from King of the Hill - a woman.

There are similar concepts in Breezy from Adventure time and Roadside Attraction from Gravity Falls, but neither are a girls show plus both episodes are hated by the fanbase.

Mac needed someone to work with him to help him get back against Terrence. Bloo incites or used to incite Mac's desire to stand up for himself. But with no Terrence, Bloo is just a rebel without a cause or a literal pain in the ass. Terrence also doesn't pick on Mac as much cause he has an army of imaginary friends to fuck him up if need be.

How the poor bastard has been demonized and cancelled since the 2010s is hilarious and sad, as he's pretty much doomed to never have another appearance again, barring memberberries.

Rio from Jem and the Holograms was a shitass.
He's dating Jerrica, but basically cheats on her with Jem (her alter-ego that he doesn't know is the same person,) starts cheating on both of them with a third persona Jerrica makes for an episode in the third season to see if Rio would cheat (yeah everyone sucks there) and the entire series he's a pouty bitch about everything. Jerrica gets kidnapped in one episode and he's all moody that his girlfriend hasn't talked to him all day...while he excused himself to work on something all day long and refused to spend time with her (which could've prevented the kidnapping.) He throws tantrums when Jerrica can't trust him because he throws tantrums, he scolds Kimber for booking two dates on the same day when that's literally not even as bad as what he does EVERY EPISODE HE'S IN.
I didn't watch any other Sunbow cartoons so maybe there are shitty boyfriends in Transformers, GI Joe, and MLP too.

Also, does fucking Seth Rogen need to be everywhere? And damn, Kieran Culkin, it has been a while since I saw one of the siblings of Macaulay around. The work I know him best in is "It Runs in the Family" or "My Summer Story", the sequel to "A Christmas Story".

See, if Clay was cheating on his wife with women only, he would get shitpiled to death, while his troubled childhood background ignored. Clay is so fucked up, I wouldn't even consider him gay, straight, or bi. His sexuality is mommy/daddy issues. I think the intent with his character is to show that he perverts Christianity for his own selfish agenda, and he chooses to let his trauma and vices destroy him and his family. Orel is the opposite of Clay. He goes through much of the same trauma, but despite this, he works to become a good person, create a happy family, and is a true Christian. I was honestly very surprised the first time I watched the series by how not-anti-Christian it is.
