I just realized why Greee is suddenly trying to do this. And attempting to do it on the downlow, without asking permission to subpoena with Discovery Stayed. The Amended complaint was ECF 247. Filed on 2/28/25. He had 90 days from then to serve the new parties or face dismissal.

But that means he was already late, even when he asked for his fake subpoena.

Of all the reasons to face dismissal this seems to be the most minor one tbh

If I'm reading FRCP Rule 4 it seems to say that dismissal would only apply to the new parties who weren't served. Which is still a good thing.

Hardin seems to have tagged a paragraph for a footnote but forgot to put the footnote in. This, along with his very noticeably more candid and colloquial speech, tells me that he is actually very annoyed and getting really sick of this shit. It reads like he doesn't even want to do the whole formality thing anymore and is basically telling the Court "come the fuck on" without actually saying it. It's kind of amusing.
