NIST has the power and ability to hardware ban ANY forward facing server from DNS at the click of a button, hell there are only 13 PRIMARY DNS servers, you could remove whole NATIONS by closing their connection to their associated root server, this goes double for any host or service provider, and even for local vendors. There is so many ways the angry pixies we use to talk on the internet can be taken away.

This isent a gotcha or anything, Im curious from your perspective what the difference was. Im kinda a free speech purist but even I agree you have to draw the line at direct threats of violence but even there you run into issues of jokes, social commentary, and just raw free speech being important.

Is it ok to make a cartoon in a news paper about blowing up an elementy school full of students? Is that a call to violence or is it art? Bill Waterson would say its art, and art is protected right? But art isent even enumerated in the bill of rights as a protected right so how much more should speech be?

Bannon is correct. The Defense Production Act could take over SpaceX. There is nothing "illegial" about it. Its more of a wartime law, but it is still law. If musk wants to fuck with the military putting satelites in orbit, something Space Force no doubt would take issue with, they WILL take over, and Musk can do nothing.

The Soviets lost about 27,000,000 dead, military and civilian, of all causes during the war. The USA lost just over 400,000 military and a few civilians. The UK's losses were about 500,000 military and civilians, this is off the top of the head.

It depends. I just browsed my twitter timeline man. Elon is getting shit on hard. He has crashed out. I do not think that many people would give a fuck. That said, the shareholders as you mentioned will proably win out in the end before that becomes a problem.
