This isent a gotcha or anything, Im curious from your perspective what the difference was. Im kinda a free speech purist but even I agree you have to draw the line at direct threats of violence but even there you run into issues of jokes, social commentary, and just raw free speech being important.
Is it ok to make a cartoon in a news paper about blowing up an elementy school full of students? Is that a call to violence or is it art? Bill Waterson would say its art, and art is protected right? But art isent even enumerated in the bill of rights as a protected right so how much more should speech be?

Hope im making my point well and not trying to make you feel you should agree with me or feel wrong, its a HIGHLY COMPLEX issue and I feel constructive and respectful discourse isent just important but necessary
